The Crescent 117 is a beautiful first-floor condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. Serene shades of sand and sea greet you upon entrance into the beautifully furnished and fully appointed open-concept space. Dedicated areas provide comfort and relaxation, including the living room with an oversized couch, additional seating, and a large flat-screen TV. Gorgeous views inspire coastal creations in the spacious kitchen, a delightful space for preparing quick snacks and meals sure to please the crowd. The dining table, with seating for eight, is the perfect spot for board games, while a generous balcony ensures peaceful evenings spent conversing over stunning sunsets. Unwind in the master suite, featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom, then enjoy private access to the balcony, a quiet place for morning coffee. The guest suite is just as cozy with two double beds, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. A full-sized washer is located nearby for added convenience.

You’ll find everything you need at The Crescent, including two pools, a hot tub, and an outdoor barbeque area, ideal for those nights you want to stay in. Take advantage of the furnished library and seasonal beach service, both making lazy days that much better. Golfers can choose from several challenging courses nearby, while the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets satisfy the heartiest shopper. Top it off with dinner at The Whale’s Tail or Surf Hut, and indulge in freshly prepared seafood while gazing at the Gulf of Mexico!

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 6 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
