Each bedroom boasts room-darkening curtains, ceiling fans, smart TVs, and silky soft sheets to keep you warm on our favorite memory foam mattresses. ✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home with the exception of the garage, which is locked as it is used for storage. Long-term stays are allowed.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles on-site.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is a designated workspace in the sunroom. The sunroom overlooks the pool area and has a chair + desk large enough for your laptop or even your external monitor.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n Play, baby bath, and baby monitor, all available upon request.

✹ POOL & HOT TUB: Available all year-round from 10AM to 10PM. Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day.

✹ LUGGAGES: Guests with early arrivals or late departures are allowed to drop-off their luggages.

✹ PETS: We welcome the whole family, so feel free to bring a maximum of 2 pets. Each pet will be charged $50 per day. We can provide a few essential items for your stay, including pet bowls, beds, and even a cat tree! Please request in advance.

✹ Self-check-in with the smart lock. For your ultimate stay, a concierge will greet you within 24 hours of check-in to go over the rules and regulations of your stay.

✹ This property does NOT charge you for the following: Airbnb service fee, security deposit, turnover cleaning services for stays over 1 week (mandatory) and if authorized w/ advance notice, early check-in/late check-out fees, and extra person fees up to 6 adults and 2 minors.

✹ Additional services are available for a fee and this includes: cleaning fee for $250 per stay and turnover cleaning services during stay for $125 (subject to availability).

✹ Discounted stays are available and as follows: 3 nights (10% discount), 4 nights (15% discount), 7 nights (20% discount) and 28 nights (30% discount).

✹ For short-term rentals, the city of Palm Springs requires us to collect a 12.5% short-term rental tax (transient occupancy tax (ToT) + Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) assessment). This is a requirement of all vacation rentals in the city of Palm Springs (our City Permit ID # is 4802).

✹ Gentle reminder: Occupancy up to 6 adults and 2 minors maximum.

✹ This home is close to the airport and downtown, so there might be some urban noise. But no worries, we've got earplugs for you!
