Verona Vista - Stylish Mid Century Playground

Our mid-century modern home, built in 1961 by Hugh Kaptur, is located in central Palm Springs, just minutes from our favorite shops, restaurants, art and culture. With stunning mountain views, sunsets and warm breezes, Verona Vista is the perfect setting for relaxation, fun and making LOTS of memories with friends and family.

THE SPACE
The salt water pool and hot tub (can be heated for $75 a night), gas fire pit, BBQ grill and outdoor games make this an ideal location for groups and families wanting to unwind and have fun. Some games for you to enjoy include badminton, volleyball, corn hole, ping pong, giant Jenga and so much more! Smart tv's are provided in all rooms. Newly installed misters will keep you cool while enjoying outdoor spaces in the wonderful Palm Springs heat!

Basic Rules:
Must be at least 25 years old to rent this property based on City Regulations this home cannot be rented to anyone under the age of 25. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests.

We have outdoor cameras located in the front and back of our property for security.
(Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior Security Cameras. If disconnected/tampered with, the contract will terminate immediately with no refunds and reimbursement proceedings for damage will be taken)

Enjoyable retreat

All three couples had a ball! The house was clean and convenient to all we wanted to see. It was nice to have the ping pong table and cornhole, giving us activities while we sat poolside and passed time. The house is also a safe and private setting. Thank you!.
