Your family vacation awaits you in this beautiful, private gulf front condo located directly on the beach with 2 balconies leading directly to miles of sugary, white sand and pool. Breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico's shimmering waters and sunrise on the inter-coastal balcony. Accommodations are unsurpassed in this unique spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath beach lovers condo. NOT ONE -- but TWO FULL BALCONIES! Enjoy the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony off the master bedroom and dining room; and/or when the sun sets to check out the second balcony located off the oversized family room. Enjoy cocktails on our second balcony with views of the intercoastal and our private fishing dock where you can watch yachts sail back to the marina at the day's end. Also fantastic to watch the sunrise from this balcony. Be sure to catch the dolphins at play from either balcony. (Check out our guest comments) Our spacious, bright, corner unit is located in a small, secure building and includes all the comforts of home. Our kitchen is complete with all the necessities of home. Supplies include pots, pans, dishes and all you would need to prepare a meal at home.

Master Bedroom En-suite - Located on the gulf side of this unit complete with comfortable king size bed, TV, walk-in closet. Roomy sitting area perfect for dolphin/manatee sightings or whatever would please you in the privacy of your bedroom. This room views the Gulf of Mexico with sliders to private balcony. Stairwell to the pool from this balcony is convenient. (2nd Floor) The balcony is private in that people cannot see you from other units or pool area. Great for coffee in pj's or sunbathing!

The second bedroom is equipped with comfortable twin beds. Also can transform to king bed.

The third bedroom is located on the intercoastal side of unit. Equipped with Queen size bed, TV, rainy day games, This room overlooks neighbor's pool and lush tropical greenery.

The family room is oversized and views the intercoastal waterway. Equipped with a leather couch and love-seat, double recliner, Roku TV, fireplace, desk. Watch TV or enjoy the views from either side of this room. Wonderful Place

My family and I visited Footprints Hideaway on the Gulf and it was perfect for us! We have young children (ages 8, 5 and 2) and they loved being so close to the beach, pool, and fishing access at the dock. The unit was very clean and John and Tina were very kind and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend anyone to stay at this unit!

Heaven on earth

For many years my husband told me about Tina and John's place in Indian Rock, I never thought we'd get there, but we did and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything that we could have needed was available to us AND great views, comfortable beds, kitchen stocked with essentials, beach chairs and towels, and best of all the sound of the ocean from the master bedroom! Great places to eat within walking distance just a great week in Indian Rock. Highly recommend it

Amazing!

Words just can't express enough how wonderful this home away from home is! Our family stayed in Tina and John's condo a week and had one of our best vacations yet! The views from both balconies are amazing. I couldn't get enough of sitting on the gulfside balcony in the evenings, relaxing, reading and watching the spectacular sunsets. The layout of the condo is great with the living room on one end and the kitchen on the other. The beach felt like our own little paradise, it was never crowded and plenty of room. I loved that there were items in the condo that we didnt have to bring with us. Beach toys, towels,chairs etc. pretty much everything needed for a day at the beach. The location is awesome, truly a hidden hideaway, away from all the chaos that we've experienced in the past at more populated areas. Tina is a wonderful host! I can't say enough how accommodating they all were, Christen included, from when we first reserved the condo, check in, during our stay, and all the way to when it was time to go home and checkout. We are definitely looking forward to when we can go again!

Best Vaca Ever

It seems belittling to simply call it "Best Vacay Ever" but it was. The location of the condo is perfect. Literally right on the beach. There is a pool that the kids loved and we had a elevator which was perfect for our family. There are two dedicated parking spots that are covered in a garage beneath the condo which can be tricky to manage with larger vehicles but not impossible (thank God for back up cameras!) There is also overflow parking available although limited if you are unable to navigate the covered parking easily. One of the neatest things I liked about the condo is that there is a stairwell at the back that leads onto the balcony and takes you directly to the pool area, which is how you access the beach. This proved invaluable. The condo is one of the most well appointed spaces I have stayed in with lots of spices, pots, pans, condiments, coffee filters, first aid kit, books, games, anything you could possibly need - was there. And if there was something we needed (which we didn't) there isn't a doubt in my mind that the ever attentive property manager Christen or Tina/John would have done anything possible if we needed to meet our needs. The king bed slept like I dream from what I'm told. The queen bed wasn't like home and it wasn't terrible; I know they are making updates to the condo, and I'm sure the bed updates are likely on the list from what I've read. The twin beds slept great! All in all, we had a lovely stay and cannot wait to return.

A great week at a great place

I'm always leery about reading all the ultra positive reviews for places but .... all the "excellent reviews" are TRUE. Tina and John make sure you have everything you need to make sure your stay is one to remember. From my initial phone conversations to finally meeting her at the condo Tina was more than helpful and accommodating in making our stay memorable. The first thing my wife noticed after walking in was ... how clean it was. That remark is very important for me as she is a stickler for cleanliness and has walked out of condos before after seeing them. This one passed her test ... in spades. The condo's location is a short drive to all the great Indian Rocks Beach restaurants, pharmacies and other important landmarks. The views out the sliding glass door are breathtaking as is the calming views of the Waterway out back gives residents a chance to see water everywhere. And the pool ... well the big decision each day was whether to start the day at the beach or pool. Tough choices. But don't worry because there are ample pool toys and such as well as beach chairs and an umbrella on site to make the beach experience enjoyable. If Tina says she wants to hear from you if ANYTHING is wrong or needs attention she is truly wanting you to call her if problems arose. We had issues with the pool filter that she appreciated the call about and it was remedied in a short amount of time. In short my wife, two kids and I LOVED this week at the condo and can't wait to get back. As my wife said ... this condo is the first one we've rented that I want to return to. Thanks Tina and John for a great week!

Amazing family vacation

We had such an amazing family vacation over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The condo is just perfect. Extremely clean, great location, beaches were perfect. Restaurants are all very close and food was amazing. We spent the mornings on the balcony of the inter coastal side of the condo and evenings watching amazing sunsets on the beach side balcony. We will be back!!!!

A wonderful experience overall. Simply put, Tina cares. Unfortunately, the red tide was threatening this beachfront property and Tina did not shy away from being up front and honest about the conditions in the weeks/days before our recent vacation. Fortunately, our beach was for the most part unaffected. My wife did see several dead fish on one morning, but we never had any bad smells or respiratory issues during our week. Tina took the time to visit the property and give it her own "sniff test" since the red tide does adversely affect her. She reassured us 3 days prior to our visit... a testimony to her commitment to her guests having a quality experience. The lay out of the condo is perfect for families up to 6. I'm sure even bigger families would be OK, just that somebody's sleeping on the couch! We loved the two balcony set up. The unit sits directly on the beach so your west balcony(2nd floor) has a perfect view of the Gulf and sunsets while the east balcony overlooks Gulf Blvd, the intercoastal waterway, and the building's dock. It's completely possible to be on different sides of this building-wide condo and have all the alone time you need. Tina and John have given A LOT of thought in providing all the particulars needed for a family. Beach chairs, umbrella, pool/ocean floats, fishing rods (although no tackle box nor tackle for toothed fish), a plethora of books, DVD's, writing desk, binoculars, just to name several off the top of my head. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pan, dish, glassware, utensils needed. Full size fridge. If you're a BBQer, the pit is shared with other tenants and sits down by the pool. It's pretty big with a heavy iron lid, similar to what you'd see in a state park. It worked fine for my steaks, chops, and chicken I 'qued up. Lots of Gulf wildlife! Stingrays, crabs, manatees all seen our 1st day. The Clearwater Marine Aquarium monitors the multiple turtle nests and we were fortunate enough to see them explore a nest the morning after a "turtle boil". They extracted 6 live baby turtles that had yet to make it out. Pretty cool to see them set off for a new life in the ocean! There were dozens of shore birds. I was amazed at how many pelicans call this beach home. Terns, sand pipers, black skimmers, and cranes every beach walk. The beach itself was very pleasant and only populated with whoever else was staying at the building (12 units I think). Needless to say, not crowded at all. We'll be back!

Fabulous Condo !!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children stayed at Footprint Hideaway for one week and had a wonderful time. The condo is as advertised and Tina and Christen were easy to work with and quickly responded if we needed something. The beach is well maintained and is truly very very close! No long walks to get to the sand here. If you have a family member who wants to sit out of the sun, but still be outdoors, having the two balconies was fantastic. One is west facing and one is east facing. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped! Tina, thank you again for a great stay!

Love staying at Footprints!

We love staying at Footprints! The unit is always clean and Tina and John have always been more than gracious hosts in allowing us to rent their place. They keep in contact with us throughout the week to make sure we are good and we have everything needed. The unit works perfectly for our family and we like the fact that you can sit out on the balcony and either view the inter-coastal or watch the sunset on the other balcony. I appreciate the fact that you form relationships with people that you rent from repetitively and Tina is a joy to work with!

We absolutely loved the place. Right off the bat one feels more at ease in a unit managed by the owners and not stripped of everything. After flying 14 hours from Alaska and a stop a Publix prior to much needed rest we realized we forgot to get some coffee items. But guess what? A few essentials were on site and made the transition into vacation mode seamless. The condo is very clean and the layout is way cool with the living room on the east side. Sunrise on one side and sunset on the other. This trip was intended to convince my wife's mother to move with us to Florida and it was a great success. I know John and Tins's place was a big plus in her decision. This is an all around great condo. Three couples or a family would find this beautiful property a wonderful home away from home as we did.

Perfect for those quiet time people!

We have spent several vacations at Footprints and each time we fall in love with the condo, the surroundings and the owners over and over again! Plenty around to do and plenty of places to eat but the condo remains a quiet place to just relax! Private elevator is sweet for grocery and luggage drop offs! Charcoal grill there for your use! Kitchen is well equipped as well! You are only steps from clean swimming pool and if you go a few more steps....you are on the soft quiet beach that we found perfect!

Perfect Fit

A group of 5 of us spent a week at Footprints Hideaway and it was fantastic. The condo had a great layout and equipped with the needed kitchen, bath and beach items. Condo clean and well maintained! We really enjoyed the balcony options. Every AM about 8:30 we saw Dolphins making their way by! Sunrise and sunsets were magnificent! The beach was absolutely beautiful! It was so convenient to access the beach. Just down the balcony steps and out a few steps and you were there. Tina was super helpful with any questions we had. We also enjoyed the Pub Restaurant and Slyce Pizza. Slyce had live music in the evening and we enjoyed that. (nothing fancy...1 person singingbut it was relaxing and decent). Overall was a great stay and a perfect fit for us. Will definitely return!

Heaven on Earth...a Real Paradise

My family of 4 spent a week at Footprints Hideaway for spring break 2017. It was the best spring break we have had in years! The condo was exceptionally clean, decorated very tastefully, and equipped with all the necessary kitchen, bath, laundry, and beach items that we needed for our stay. The wonderful views from the balconies and the pool were a piece of heaven each day. The beach was beautiful and had plenty of shelling for us, as well as, seeing dolphins and manatees. Tina was so helpful and checked with us for anything that we needed during our stay. It was a safe and pleasant neighborhood for any family. Our 18 year old son, and our adult daughter found plenty to entertain themselves. The surrounding restaurants and shopping were handy, and easy to find with the wonderful information box left by owners. This condo is centrally located to many of the major attractions for all ages in Florida. We were so impressed we booked 2 weeks for 2018! We thank God for showing us this little share of Heaven on Earth, and Tina and John for providing such a comfortable home away from home for our family. We met many of the condo neighbors, and they made us feel part of their vacation neighborhood. I use a wheelchair/walker some days, and the garage parking under the condo and elevator were wonderful for me. The shower in the master bedroom was handicap accessible and worked great for me. We are very thankful that we had the chance to put our footprints in the sand and looking forward to next year!

Footprints Hideaway is a great place to visit on the gulf coast. This two balcony condo offers a unique view of the sunrise over the intercoastal and on the beachfront balcony a spectacular sunset over the gulf. It's well furnished, well laid out and well attended by the owner and her staff. We have rented this condo in February for many years and would revisit again and again.

Home away from Home

This was our third year in a row spending January at Footprints. We love the location and Tina and John's condo. Restaurants and stores are an easy walk, and the beach is only a few steps away. My husband loves to fish, and being on the Narrows gives him great access to the beach and the Intercoastal Canal. Tina and John are not only responsive to your needs; they try to anticipate them. The condo is clean, well-equipped and homey. We love it there, and highly recommend Footprints for a wonderful vacation any time of year!

Perfect Winter Getaway!

We had a wonderful three weeks at Footprints! The location was ideal for walkers whether on the beach or to the many eateries close by. The corner location was perfect for views of the gulf and inter coastal waterway from two balconies and many windows. Access to the beach from the balcony stairway was so convenient. The pool and beach area are very well maintained. The floor plan has a nice separation between the master suite and guest bedrooms which made sharing the space with our daughter and her family very comfortable. Tina was very accommodating by providing a new pack n play and stroller for our grandchildren and being available for any questions during our stay. We will definitely stay at this condo the next time we return to Indian Rocks Beach!

Tranquility abounds

Friends Getaway

3 couples and 2nd year at Footprints vacation getaway! This place is amazing with all it offers. The view from both sides and watching every night the sunsets. Being able to walk right out to the beach is wonderful. Walking to restaurants was easy and back on to the beach. We were all very comfortable in this place. It is our getaway from the daily work life we all lead. Tina is available in responding to any questions or concerns. The drive from Tampa airport was very easy. Planning on next year!

Second Great Year

Our January home away from home is now Tina and John's wonderful condo! This is the second year we have spent the entire month of January at their Indian Rocks Beach home. We love the layout of this condo - where else can you get a view of the beach from your kitchen and the Intracoastal Canal from your living room? The location is perfect too - we enjoy walking to the nearby restaurants and stores, and the convenience of the fishing pier and walking path. Plus, the beach is only a few steps away! And Tina and John have thought of everything to make the condo comfortable and homey, including books, games and even beach towels and toys. Wonderful condo in a brilliant location

We stayed at 'footprints' for ten days over Christmas 2015. The condo is in an excellent location in Indian Rocks and is within easy walking of some good restaurants, all of which we were able to sample. Tina (the owner) stayed in touch with us throughout the booking process and was extremely attentive including helping to decorate the condo for Christmas - we were coming from the UK, so a long way to bring a tree! This made our time there extra special, as did the accommodation itself. This is a spacious three bed two bath unit with two balconies, one that overlooks the inland waterway and the other with a wonderful view of the beach, the ideal location for watching Pelicans or Dolphins during the early morning and enjoying the most beautiful sunsets in the evening. Tina has thought of everything and the condo is fully equipped, has free wifi, excellent cable channels and TVs in nearly every room. It also has a wealth of beach equipment (we've donated a couple of body boards as the surf was especially good whilst we were there!). I've stayed elsewhere in IRB, but this is without a doubt the perfect location and condo, with everything you could want for a wonderful family holiday. My only regret is that in reviewing it we might make it even more popular and therefore squeeze the time available for us to stay there! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo in the perfect area. Awesome beach! Loved that the unit had two balconies; one on the gulf side and a second facing the inter-coastal. The unit was very clean, furniture was comfortable, and the unit had all the extras you could want including books, games, beach chairs & toys. Also, it was nice that the owners provided details in advance and were easily contacted if needed. Fantastic vacation!

During our stay, Florida was raining almost every day, which gave us ample time to stay inside. The condo is very spacious, and comfortable. We loved the two balconies and the views from the windows. Tina has provided everything you need, making it a home away from home.

Our family moved to Florida in June 1992. Before purchasing this unit, we scoped most beaches from the east to the west coast of Florida. When we found Indian Rocks Beach and walked into this unit, we knew we found our home away from home. The views, the turquoise gulf, the sugary white sand, the building itself; had everything we wanted and more. The best part of this location is its versatility -- private enough to just "hideaway" and enjoy beach living at it's best or explore some of Florida's main attractions. This location has it all.

Everything about this neighborhood is prestine. The people are friendly, the shops unique, the sealife, sanctuary, museums, and the friendship of many local residents.

What makes this property unique

Some of the most popular benefits of this condo are its size and location. The building itself is private with a total of 15 units. At full capacity, it is private and quiet. The sand is soft and white and the water is crystal clear. The condo is situated in the 'Narrows' which is surrounded by the gulf and the inter-coastal. The photos are very deceiving. Most people, upon arrival, express how happy they are with the size of the unit and the views. It is very roomy and split into two sections: the gulf side and the intercoastal side.
