About this property

Cozy home located in a quiet family neighborhood. Great for families, couples, friends and those traveling for business. We welcome our contractor guests working in the area, as well. The convenient location is close to the Indian River, beach, L3 Harris, plenty of activities, shopping, dining and more. Your well-behaved fur babies are welcome and the backyard is fully fenced. A hammock, swing, firepit, charcoal grill and outdoor dining area are available for your enjoyment.

The space
This home can accommodate up to 8 guests with 2 in each bedroom and 2 on the futon in the family room. Board games and books are available for your enjoyment during your stay. We also offer a fully stocked kitchen and some basic cooking supplies and spices, including salt and pepper.

Good for what we needed

Debi was a communicative, helpful host. The house itself is very near train tracks, so you could hear trains going by. We got used to it, but it's good to know. The location was convenient to the things we wanted to get to.
