Exclusive home with pool and breath taking ocean views..

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms in the main house perfect for 3 couples or 2 couples and 4 kids. The fourth room, never rented apart from the main house to secure privacy, is available for groups larger than 8 (which is the maximum capacity of the main house). The fourth room has 1 queen bed, 4 twin size beds and a full bathroom. Just to be sure: this room or apartment is never rented out independent of the main house.

Fish, swim or kayak off the dock below, or drive 7 minutes to beautiful Zoni Beach. Or just hang around the gazebo and plunge pool.

This is not a ' rental business unit' but the home of a family. A place where taste, simple life, creativity, silence and music all come together.

Enjoy Flamenco Beach, considered the #2 top beach in the world by Travel Magazine. Take a water taxi and explore Culebrita, local boaters favorite...or go snorkling in Carlos Rosario beach or Tamarindo Bay. Go scuba diving and explore the sorroundings of Culebra deep blue ocean.

But if you are lying down in the hammock with a good book or enjoying a conversation, you may notl want to leave.

Even for a full time resident of Puerto Rico, Culebra is a special place. Yes, its about the ocean, views, beaches etc.. But the best is not what it has but what it does NOT have: no stress, no hurry, no noise...

What makes this property unique

Its a home, not a rental unit. We use it all the time. Well taken care of. Simple yet complete. Built for a family to use and enjoy.
