Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

Messaged before trip as I hadn't heard check in details. 2 days before our out of country trip I finally called and husband said wife would call me back with details and then 3 hours later I get a cancellation email from VRBO not even from them personally saying water damage. Coincidence? Poor business. Shady.

Would not rent again. Unacceptable condition.

Items needing repair: 1. Sink did not drain 2. No toilet seat! 3. Shower head broken 4. Bedroom door not attached 5. Black mold in shower Condition of unit: 1. Old food left in fridge 2. Used toothbrush, loofa, razor, toothpaste tube left in bathroom 3. No sheets on bed 4. Hand soap dispensers filled with water, not soap Communication: 1. Owner made no attempt to remedy these issues 2. No communication aside from "sorry for inconvenience"
