Over promised - Under delivered

The listing says it is supposed to come with parking. When we showed up there was no remote for parking so we were told to park in the lot next to the building and give them our vehicle information. The next day we found our vehicle towed as we were leaving for a day out. At the end of the day they did right by us and took us to get our car and they paid for it but it ruined half the day and caused undue stress. There is no bench or dresser in the bedrooms to put your luggage, there were broken window screens on the patio deck, there was no dish soap or dish washer soap, no hair dryer as listed... Unfortunately, I should have put more consideration into the other reviews. We will be back to the area to stay but not with this property as everything they promised didn't happen (besides getting our car back).
