Great location

Great location - rental was clean and nicely furnished. Communication with property manager was very good. Easy check-in process. A few things to improve: kitchen and bath cabinets a bit worn out. Kitchen lacks basic items like wine glasses. Need more bath or kitchen towels for 4 people. Need outdoor furniture so we can enjoy the small patio. For the price I was expecting a bit more but overall we had a good stay.

Pros and Cons

We stayed 6 nights for a family vacation. Pros: Area was nice and easy to get around. Great location to leaches, freeways, and LAX. The pool and grill area were nice to have. The 2 separate bedroom spaces were great for adults (not so much if you have young kids you want to be able to hear). The bed was the softest of pillow beds and I slept great. My husband prefers something a little more stiff but I loved it! Cons: The unit was unkept. The walls, floors, and spaces were dirty and somewhat sticky. The master toilet would not flush again after use for about 20 minutes so we didn’t use it much. The carpet had stains upstairs and the master the rooms felt outdated. Overall, the unit felt grimy and in need of fixing up. I did not contact the owner at the time as these were issues that would need to be cared for without occupants.

Do your homework

The place was quite dirty. Our feet were black from walking around inside. There was still garbage in the bathroom. It just wasn’t clean. Must have missed where the bedrooms were upstairs. Very strange set up. Communication for entry was a little slow (door stuck so very hard to get into). The beds were good and the area behind was awesome to walk everyday

Roomy enough for everyone. Host very accomodating. We thought we would need an extra parking space for a night but the rental closed before we got there so picked the car up in the morning. Did appreciate the host making the extra space available however, due to timing we didn't use it.
