It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 3-story townhouse with roof top deck. It's a wonderful place to stay for anyone who is visiting Seattle, especially University of Washington, Seattle Children's Hospital and University of Washington Medical Center. All bedrooms have desks and chairs available and are great for guests who want to work from home.

Incredibly well stocked condo which made the trip very comfortable. The condo was very clean, quiet and had a lot of amenities. It was very convenient to have a dedicated parking spot in the back of the condo, the parking is tight but our rental car was a small/compact SUV and I was able to park it just fine. Really enjoyed staying here and would book this location again if I am ever back in Seattle.

We were a group of 3 adults and 2 teens. There was plenty of space for everyone. The townhouse was exactly as advertised. We found the space to be very clean and well organized. The location was excellent. We would definitely look to stay here again.

The townhouse was perfect for our family. The queen and king sized beds, nicely stocked kitchen and laundry made our stay feel more like home. The access to public transportation made it easy to get around the city. The area was safe and not over crowded.
