This amazing property was perfect for our group, spacious, clean, the kitchen was awesome. The backyard was a great place to relax. Would definitely stay here again! And only 8 minutes from downtown, absolutely perfect.
Great home and location! Easy Uber or walk to down town and great restaurants in the immediate area. Close to a grocery store for any quick needs. The host was very responsive and the home was well outfitted with everything needed for a vacation stay. We would definitely look to rent again on our next Nashville trip!
We enjoyed the charming house for a four day getaway. It was conveniently located with a short ride to downtown. The house has a lot of character and was fun to hang out with between adventures exploring Nashville.
The rental house is on the edge of the new up and coming Germantown neighborhood and is within a few miles of downtown and Titan stadium. We walked to it all.
The house is comfortable and clean.
Crystal is attentive and responsive.
We would definitely stay here again.
A great overall experience.
This home was perfect for our family of 6. Top to bottom comfortable, clean, and adorable. Loved the attention to details. Beds are dreamy. Location was convenient. Great communication with Crystal. We’ll be back!
We were in town to record in a studio for my 15 year old. The property was beautiful and clean. We loved the backyard area and would have spent more time outside had the weather been a little warmer.
Quaint little gem, Gorgeous and spacious. Accommodating host! This is my 25th usage of VRBO, I have seen many places. Some may find the neighborhood daunting if they are not familiar with Nashville. For our group, we were close enough to downtown and just far enough away. We came in for a hockey game. Met neighbors who were charming. Had great pizza at Slim and Huskies (a favorite of ours). There is no microwave, kitchen was a bit sparse if you prefer to cook. High end on everything! I would stay again.
Beautiful historic home that’s been updated but not modernized. Has lots of character. Beautiful kitchen, plenty of seating and comfortable beds. Backyard is a private oasis. Couldn’t get the master bath shower to work but had a huge walk in shower in the hall so that worked. No regular coffee pot but stumbled on the moka pot and ground espresso (which made us buy one when we hot home ;) ). Direction for moka use might be a good idea for future stayers. We googled it and figured it out. Would definitely come back. Great location close to bars, breweries and restaurants. Thanks for the accommodations.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
There is NO HOTTUB
The house is beautiful and very very well kept. The listing lists amenities that do not exist (a historic claw foot tub is in NO WAY a hottub, laundry in another rental with partial access should be communicated prior to booking, and a sauna that is also in another persons rental space that you cannot use between 9pm-9am is not helpful). The neighborhood is ROUGH, a morning coffee walk is not advised and the owner stayed on the property unannounced and scared the crap out of us. Again, the historic house is beautiful, clean, and the backyard is stunning.

Thank you for your kind words about the Historic home, it's beauty, cleanliness, and the Japanese Botanical inspired gardens and back yard! It is my pride and joy and glad that you enjoyed it!
Thank you for this feedback as well, as I am always adjusting my to ensure the best stay possible for my guests! I do wish it would have been communicated during your stay as I always strive to ensure every guest has an excellent stay and I am sorry to hear that it could have been better.
I do not have a hot tub and hope the listing doesn't indicate that in any way. There is a claw foot soaking tub in the master. I will take your feedback about the rules of the sauna into account, they are there for safety purposes, however it may be more convenient for guests to alter the times the sauna is available for use.
To your point, there is a separate private guest house on the property. This is available to rent with the main house for large parties. When not rented, it is sometimes used by myself or other guests. This is always communicated ahead of time.
Thank you again for your feedback. I hope to have you back!
We came into town for my daughters 18th birthday celebration to see Taylor swift! Our host was very responsive and so helpful before our arrival. The house is in an area that is in the middle of being revitalized. Knowing that going in made when we arrived easier. The area that isn’t revitalized at first glance is intimidating, but honestly we never felt unsafe. Just the opposite, comfortable and her neighbors were very nice. The area is far enough from downtown it’s peaceful at night, (even though we were lulled to sleep by the faint sound of Taylor Swift all the way from Nissan Stadium Friday night), but close enough to downtown Nashville to be there in 5 minutes… Everything was great! The only thing missing was a clothes iron, but it wasn’t the end of the world! If we are ever back in Nashville, I will definitely stay again! Thanks!!

It was a pleasure to host you all for such a special weekend Laura! Thank you for your comments on the iron. I will add where to locate that in my check-in instructions to make it more clear for future guests. Looking forward to having you all back!!
We went straight from the airport and were harassed numerous times by people living in the neighborhood. Threaten to leave or else. It was very traumatic for us. The host is taking advantage of tourist. Unsafe neighborhood and she also doesn’t disclose that it is a shared rental. There is a house in the back that others stay in. She didn’t tell me there was anyone staying there during our visit and there was a couple there. She will respond if she thinks she can make money off you. Not worth it! There was no parking and this was on a Wednesday. She hasn’t issued me a refund, we didn’t even stay there because we were in fear for our lives. She doesn’t care that it added stress to our trip. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
