Property is an easy 2-minute walk to the private HOA beach with amazing views of the mountains and lake. Located two miles from Village of Lake George and 10 minutes from Village of Bolton Landing, you'll have easy access to local shops, restaurants and attractions.

I bought the place because of its location on Lake George and my love of the Lake. Great place to spend time with the family.

What makes this property unique

We have a really great fire-pit and outdoor patio area. The campfire discussions are always interesting.
