Janie, Although the building itself may be old, we. try our best to have the unit feeling updated, clean and cozy on the inside. A lot of our guests seem to be blown away by how awesome their stay turns out as if that isn't what should be expected? We are very proud to be where we are and even more so to be able to share our space with all of you. When booking with us, we supply a starter kit of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Coffee, and much more! However, if you are ever curious as to if you need to being something in particular, just shoot us a quick message and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Hi Bryant, we are a bit confused by your review as there is an on site laundry room in the building you stayed in. As for the tv, we are sorry to hear someone may have took off with the tv tips! We are fully staffed in the office 7 days a week from 10:00am-7:00pm and would have happily run you over another form. This is exactly what we are here for!

We have passed all of your feedback onto our housekeeping manager and we are going to perform a deep clean to ensure this is not an issue for future guests. Thank you for letting us know the pullout couch is very uncomfortable! We will pass this feedback onto the owner and suggest they had to pull out couch replaced or add in a mattress topper. Meredith, we do not advertise as a new construction as we actually enjoy talking about the history of the place as it is the reason we are able to share it with others all around the world! The building itself was built back in the 70's and used to a be a popular hotel. Since the years have passed, it has had many remodels and even turned into privately owned condos where the owners are able to rent them out to others based on a nightly rate. Here at Bend Riverside Rentals we manage about 40 of those privately owned units and we take great pride in doing so. With them all being individually owned, this means each unit will look quite different from one another so when you go to make a reservation be sure to look at them all as another may suite your style better! As for the comment regarding cleanliness we now have this unit scheduled for a deep clean as soon as tomorrow in order to bring this unit back to our standards. Thank you again for the feedback!

Tasha, While we don't agree with everything in this review we do want to acknowledge the inconvenience of the main air conditioning unit failing prior to your stay. Our staff made every attempt to fix the air conditioner, and to otherwise make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope you'll come stay with us again.
