Right next door, on another 3 acres, is Suits Us Fine (#1806557), with its own lakefront dock and able to accommodate a second large group.

High-end furnishings and cozy décor welcome you to this quality retreat in the Big Creek area of the lake, closest marinas being Whitman Hollow and Sequoyah. Relax, dine and play outside on the huge decks with comfy outdoor furniture, porch and deck chairs along with outdoor dining tables. Fire up supper on the hard-lined propane grill, or pull up a couple chairs on the covered front porch to make your outdoor enjoyment complete.

Inside the main house you'll find everything to make your stay feel like home: a fully equipped chef's kitchen: loads of cabinets, a huge island, and a countertop serving bar with pull up seating. The living room is a favorite gathering space, offering a vent-free gas log fireplace (seasonally available fall - spring), couch and overstuffed armchairs around a large screen Smart TV. The main level also offers a full sized laundry room.

Enjoy the little things that matter too, like included towel service and basic paper goods, the Keurig machine and traditional coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and hair dryers.

This property is an outdoor lover's dream, so bring your all-day passion for the water fun you love on Norris Lake’s 800 miles of shoreline - easy sloping gravel path to the lakefront dock just off the main channel, ideal for your boat in the slip and lounging on the swim platform deck. For the off-road ATV lovers, we are about a 30 minute ride to the nearest trailhead, and about an hour or so from Royal Blue. The pull - through driveway is long enough to handle multiple vehicles pulling boat or ATV trailers, and there's added parking on the second driveway by the side entrance. Or maybe you’re just a nature lover looking to get away from it all - Enjoy hundreds of miles of trails all within an hours’ drive or less including 35k acres at the Chuck Swan Wildlife Preserve with fire tower and shooting range, Sundquist Preserve with its elk-viewing tower, and Cumberland Gap’s cute small town and National Park.

Perfect for your group or family year-round getaway, we rent Saturday (3 pm) to Saturday (10 am) beginning with the first full week to the last full week all Summer, June - August; with 3-night minimums or more for major holidays, and 2 Night minimums in the off season.

Life jackets available (subject to checking sizes in advance) and lake toys, delivered to the marina or dock upon your arrival, or meet us at the nearby launch depending on property location. Restrictions on age (26 or older) and minimum days rented w/o a delivery fee do apply.
