The entire home is yours with its own salted pool and spa - as well as all the benefits of a spectacular gated resort-style community with all the amenities of a high-end, premiere country club.

Enjoy the privacy of a free-standing single family home sits at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, with desert lush inspired design pool and patio, and throughout the unit with neutral, splashes of colors and wood accents. This spacious 3 BR, over 1900 Sq ft. has brand new EVERYTHING. One King bed, one Queen bed and two Single beds (Sleep 6 total). Smart TVs come with free cable TV and HBO, full equipped kitchen, ping-pong table, books, board games and a laundry room.

The Desert Princess Resort features 27 holes of golf, 9 tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, basketball, horseshoes, a full-service spa, and a large Clubhouse with upscale restaurant, public bar, golf pro shop, meeting rooms and recreation and fitness center.

Keyless entry combines with the Ring home security to provide effortless check-in and cameras in the front of the home for full security comfort during your stay.

The entire property is yours to use. Please treat it as you would your own home. In addition, the community is offered: 9 Tennis courts, 3 Pickleball Courts, 2 Climate Controlled Racquetball Courts, Basketball & Bocceball, Horseshoes. Also check out our State-of-the-Art Fitness Center located on 28-600 Isleta Court.

Other details to note:
The back yard has no fences and gate as part of the design to enhance the infinite view of community area and mountains. If guest has dog, it will need to be on-leash at all time. Children under 18 are required to be with parents/adult at all time.

Pool heating is available upon request at $75/day.
Hot tub heating is included in the nightly rate and is accessible using the in-home control panel right outside by the sliding doors.

If time allowed, I appreciate it if you can remove the used bed sheets, run one load of bed sheets and/or towels before leaving. If way the cleaning crew will have a head start.
Also, turn off heater, air conditioning. And return garage opener if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of STVR at all times.

If you ask me what my style is, I have to say it is vary from the bachelor pad to a ski bump to hitting a high-style note when possible creating a soulful and harmonies spaces that inspire. A friend read me as romantic and practical, maybe that is my style. In design, I like to take my clients to a journey of beauty that doesn’t mean expensive, but a journey that holds meaning for them. I once shipped tiles from Rome to Virginia to California just to have a replica of an old church in Rome for my bathroom floor in Irvine, because it brought great memory to me.

I have been helping clients to host their Airbnb accounts from beginning to end which includes a minor upgrade to the home to create a more desirable rental, study of the areas and city including licensing when required, strategize the nightly rate to maximin the profit margin, providing check-in and check-out services, cleaning services and maintenance. Why they chose this property

My first short-term rental was in a little town called Granby, Colorado at the Inn of the Silver Creek in 2017. Two year later when I discovered and fall in love with Palm Springs and its history, there came the birth of the Chimayo House.
