With access to the resort’s extensive amenities, Casa Avita delivers both privacy and convenience. One of the only homes in the development with a hot tub, the property offers rare, unobstructed views of the wild coastline below, creating an ideal setting for relaxation.
The home is adjacent to Kupuri and El Surf Beach Clubs, each offering excellent restaurants, bars, white-sand beaches, and aquamarine waters. Guests also enjoy access to a private gym, private beach, and an unserviced private beach cabana for Iyari guests.
Your stay includes Premier Membership access, a 6-seater golf cart, daily cleaning service, and chef services for brunch (excluded during discounted rates; guests pay for food). For many years, we searched for a place to call home in Mexico and finally decided on Punta Mita for the shear ease of it and all that the resort offers - from the many activities and fitness opportunities available, amazing restaurants, surfing, and overall proximity from our home base in California. We're excited to host you and we're sure you'll fall in love with Punta Mita too!
What makes this property unique
Iyari is one of two of the closest locations to El Surf beach club, and boasts the only hot tub in the development. Golf cart and daily cleaning services included in the rental fee. Concierge services available on request.
