Guests have use of the entire condo - There are a couple of locked closets for owner's use only.

We always recommend renting a car for your stay!

We are on the 3rd floor so you do have to access stairs - There are also stairs to the pool area right next to us.
Quiet Hours between 10pm and 8am
Must be able to climb stairs - we are 3 half flights up - top floor which gives us our amazing views.
Cancellations:
Any cancellations will be refunded according to our stated policy less any service fees charged by credit card processor.

Waves Crashing & Hummingbirds Dashing!

6 STARS! We absolutely loved our stay. Nicer than described and the pics do not do it justice. Top floor and right on the water on the corner unit. Forward facing the ocean. Left side is the pool and just below the ocean meets the cliff that has fruit tress growing on it, attracting lots and I mean lots of beautiful Hummingbirds and Bananaquit birds. The unit itself is new. Completely remodeled with granite counter tops, awesome bathroom and walk in shower. Very well done. Everything in the unit that you could possibly need. Can't say enough good things about this condo and the host. Everything was well planned out and instructions were perfect. We had no problems at all. We rented a jeep but found that we didnt go too far other than one full day driving around and exploring the island, lead us to the conclusion that we really like the location of the condo. It is by far the best part of the island to be on. Close to the best marina's if you plan to boat to St John. All the things you need are close and the best restaurant we found on the island, Sea Salt. We live in Orlando and appreciate good hospitality. We are already planning our next trip and will stay here if it's available.

The view from the balcony is excellent. Everything was clean and updated. Great central location. There are a few restaurants within walking distance.

I currently live in St. Thomas, part of the U.S. Virgin Islands, which is pretty darn close to paradise. I don't have any pets, but grew up with many including a pet raccoon named Rascal and a duck. Imagine that in New York city!

You tell me about your recent vacation and I'll tell you about my recent trips to Stellenbosch, Giza, and Kerala. I love to travel and take great pride that I've done 3 week trips in a single carryon. I'm not much of a back packer, so I'm talking about a roll-aboard!

If you're visiting the U.S. Virgin Islands, I'm so happy to share the great stuff that's off the beaten path. But I can't list it here -- then everyone would know!
