Downstairs is the Master Bedroom with a King bed and full bath attached.



The garage has been enclosed as a game room with a foosall table and 2 sets of bunk beds and a daybed.



Upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed with a balcony.



There is a small additional corner room with a Full bed and a Twin bed - this room has no windows or closets, but there is an amour for clothing storage.



Full bath in between rooms upstairs / large workspace upstairs / half bath downstairs.



Outside patio with a grill.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including the dock by the lake for fishing, the swimming pool on site, and boat rental options are available.



Other Things to Note:

Free Wi-Fi and outdoor dining. There is a large yard for family games and activities.

The notebook inside the condo said d the pet fee was 25 per pet. I was charged 65. For both. I should be refunded 15 dollars. Didn’t use the pool but it was sparkling clean

This Condo is in a great location close to many restaurants and shopping areas in Hot Springs. It is right on Lake Hamilton with a dock for fishing and guests are able to rent our Pontoon Boats. There is also a large swimming pool on the property that is on for guests of the condos.
