This is a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and wildlife. It’s very common for a family of deer to spend time on the property.
A vehicle is required to explore the area. We are in the hills near Sly Park. Also, please check the weather for snow conditions during November-March.
Snow! We are so close to Tahoe and do see snow from November-March. We recommend checking the weather forecast for the Sly Park/Pollock Pines area. During snow time, we recommend that you have chains or 4WD/AWD.
