Exceptional Getaway for Family & Friends

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun & create memories with loved ones. Or for those that just want to get away for the weekend to relax.

Beautiful views on this lakeshore with the combined 3,000 acre East & West Rush Lake. Two restaurants on the lake within a short driving distance from the home.

About an hour drive north of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

(Unfortunately the City/County does not allow events or small weddings on our residential property)

*NO STREET PARKING - Max 5 - 6 Cars in Driveway
*The Lakehome is on a lake and dirt road so expect bugs & nats during hot seasons.
*The Dock is removed between early October to mid-May.
*NO POOL OR HOT TUB (although they're in the photos)

Large back yard with adequate parking. Entertainment Room has pool table with several TV's facing the lake. Double-doors can expand into the 2-car attached garage for more entertainment space.

Bright open spaces with tall ceilings throughout with views of the lake.

Chef's Kitchen with gas cooktop, ovens, food warmer, pot-filler, 2 fridges & a kitchen island. Clean 2 full bathrooms upstairs & 2 half baths downstairs for guests. Full Laundry, in-floor heating, & Wi-Fi just to name a few.

Please note 2 of the bedrooms are located above the detached garage with no bathrooms.

*The Lakehome is on a lake so expect bugs & nats during hot seasons.
*The Dock is removed between early October to mid-May

Overall a nice stay and location. Great communication with Hieu. Lower marks for a few items or amenities that weren’t as expected. Water had high iron content (unknown at time of booking), and was unfavorable and bad tasting to several of the guests. Pool had a lot of debris, so we ended up cleaning it out with pool tools on property. Lake access was limited due to overgrowth of weeds. We asked about renting the pontoon but felt the price was unreasonable for a day rental. The space was well used by our group of 13 adults. One downside to the above-garage suite is no bathroom. Parking was easy with 5 cars. Nice open yard space to play games and hang out.

Disappointing and Not as AdvertisedUnfortunately, our stay at this house was very disappointing. The house was not clean upon arrival, and there were several areas that appeared dirty and had clearly not been properly maintained. We also noticed multiple damaged items and areas of the property that were in poor condition.Most disappointing was that the house looked significantly different in person than it did in the listing photos. The pictures gave the impression of a much cleaner, nicer, and better-maintained property than what we actually experienced. Make sure to note that the pool and hot tub shown in a lot of the pictures are not in working condition. For the price we paid, we expected the house to be clean, comfortable, and accurately represented in the listing. Unfortunately, it did not meet those expectations. We would not stay here again.

Great location!

Great property on a great lake. Caught enough sunnies from the dock for multiple meals, which was the highlight of the trip! First time renting a lake house with a pool and wish this could be the new standard! Property manager was easy to work with for questions during our stay.

Great place for family time

The stay was very good! Lots of space at the home, only outdoor parking available, and no use of the garage.Everyone in our family had space to sleep, stiff (new) mattresses. We loved the pool and got lots of use of that during a hot June weekend. The kitchen was nice, well stocked, just could have used a few more hand towels and washcloths.Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Big Place for Gatherings

Overall very nice place that can host a variety of gatherings. Few areas weren’t the cleanest but the main areas such as the kitchen, bed, bathroom were so that was pleasant to see. Would recommend this.

Great Property

Property was great. Well maintained spacious home. Family enjoyed the lake, boating, jet skiing fishing and bonus relaxing by the pool. Owners and managers were very accommodating and communication was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Bachelorette Weekend

This was a perfect house for our bachelorette weekend with 20 girls!! The house is huge and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house could use a little TLC on the outside with maintenance! The pool is also very small but worked well for our group.

This property was stunning and had so much space for our entire wedding party. The owner was extremely pleasant to speak with when needed. Would have preferred to do all communication with property owner vs property manager. Pool and hot tub were not available for use so that was the only bummer about our stay. They do not advertise for the pool and hot tub but because they were in the pictures naturally we were extremely excited to use them (especially the kiddos). This property is so beautiful and there were so many places for the wedding party to sleep. One of the largest and most accommodating homes we have rented in regarding to space/sleeping. Perks: *Huge!*Abundance of beds for sleeping*Owner was extremely nice*Great driveway for parking as we had family coming from all over for the wedding *Pool table was fun*Big room with multiple tv's the kids could all gather and wind down together at night*Fun area by lake for a fire (bring extra lawn chairs)*Huge kitchen*Huge living room x2*Great sized bedsDownfalls:*No bathroom in sleeping area over garage*Extremely close to neighbors so was very nerve-wracking trying to be so quiet per property managers request when family is all so excited to see eachother and start to get loud at all while visiting, talking over eachother and laughing. Very disappointing

The house was not cleaned before our stay, we showed up and spent the next several hours running laundry, sweeping, and wiping everything down so we could even enjoy our time there. The hot tub shown in several of the listing pictures did not work, with zero mention of this beforehand. For such an expensive rental you would expect things to be taken care of, but consistent small issues like a toilet chain constantly falling off and broken screen doors all over the house. If you are looking to spend this much money, look elsewhere.

We admit this was the owner's error. We had a last minute booking over the the July 4th holiday & neglected to update the cleaners. As soon as Connor checked in & notified us, we sent the cleaners there immediately. We addressed any issues immediately from Connor. Please note although the pool & hot tub were in the pictures, we never advertised nor promised they were part if the rental as it's our first property with with amenities. We made the mistake & should've vetted out Connor before approving his rental. Cleaners arrived to clean & provide fresh towels & linens but Connor didn't want then to cleanup. Cleaners noticed. A large party with dancers on our pool table. There were feathers & confetti throughout the entire house & around the yard. Next door neighbors contacted us late in the evening that Connor & his guests were loud late in the evening & were very disruptive all day. We regret approving this guest booking.

Our group stayed at this lake house on Rush Lake. While the property has potential and the backyard setup was enjoyable, we unfortunately experienced several issues that made the stay less than ideal.Positives:The house is very spacious and offers plenty of room for everyone. The backyard area was the highlight — with a pool, fire pits, games, and a dock, it provided a lot of ways to relax and spend time together. The sound system throughout the house was also a nice touch, and the owner was responsive to messages during our stay.Negatives:The home needs much better cleaning and upkeep. We found mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets, shower curtains that were rusty and unpleasant, vents and fans covered in dust, and a hot tub with dirty, stagnant water. Most concerning, there was an active mouse problem. Despite setting our own traps, we caught over a dozen mice in just a few days. Additionally, swimming off the dock was not possible due to heavy lily pads and weeds. After the stay, we raised these cleanliness and rodent concerns with the owner but felt the issues were not addressed.Overall:While the outdoor space and amenities were enjoyable, the lack of cleanliness and unresolved mouse problem made the experience disappointing. With proper attention to cleaning and maintenance, this property could be a great rental, but in its current state, we cannot recommend it.
