Do you ever daydream about jumping in a travel trailer and heading west? Are you enamored with the vintage style of a bygone era? Do you enjoy camping, but secretly wish for glamping? If so, The Daisy is for you! This cute Airstream trailer has been renovated with a Texas Hill Country twist. It’s the perfect place to escape for a relaxing weekend in nature with a hot tub, fire ring, outdoor shower and BBQ grill. The Airstream provides all the comforts of home in one cute, cozy package! In addition, this green property offers eco-friendly soaps & cleaners, premium recycled paper products and recycling.



This cozy retreat is nestled in an oak and elm grove along the banks of Smith Creek on 10 beautiful acres shared with the owners. You’ll enjoy this nature retreat with the convenience of Wimberley just 3 miles down the road. The Daisy is the unique getaway you’ve been dreaming of!

Pet Fee:
Our pet fee is $50 each for friendly, leashed pets. Please declare pets at time of booking (max 2 pets without prior approval).
VRBO NOTE: Vrbo only charges one pet fee, so a 2nd pet fee will be added after booking, if applicable.



Creek note:
Smith Creek is a spring-fed year 'round creek, however creek levels and flow can be affected by periods of drought. When full, the creek varies in depth from ankle-deep in places, to 6' deep in others. We cannot control nature, though, and cannot guarantee that the creek will be swimmable during your stay. It's an amazingly gorgeous spot no matter what the water level may be!

We had an absolute relaxing weekend. Airstream is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle but still not a long drive if you do feel like venturing into town. Definitely on our list of places we will potentially stay again.

Get Away In Wimberley

This airstream made my dreams of being a full time RV-er come true…for two days! We had a lovely stay despite the rain. We felt right at home and took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit. The property is a short drive to downtown and Blue Hole. We recommend stopping at both!

So relaxing!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and this was definitely it! The Airstream was so clean and cozy. My wife and I stayed for her birthday to visit Wimberly. The property was located only a few minutes from downtown a very short drive. My wife loved the little Airstream. She said she liked it better than a small cabin. The property was clean, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. We had no trouble finding it. Everything worked just like stated a nice hot tub was already warmed up when we got there. It was nice in that you felt you had a lot of privacy just like camping in the woods but with all amenities. Two showers one inside and one outside for the hot tub both worked great. I can not recommend enough that a stay here is the best. We cannot thank the owners enough for the great weekend.

Jennifer is a former art teacher and founding member of a local arts nonprofit. Gregory uses his woodworking experience to add custom pieces & maintain the properties. We invite you to come for a visit!

Why they chose this property

This property has such a special place in our hearts. With the hilly terrain and beautiful creek we feel like we have our own little slice of hill country paradise. We strive to keep our 10 acres as natural as possible. We've created some walking trails to the most scenic parts of the creek and left other areas uncleared to provide animal habitat, a healthy riparian landscape and privacy. Our guests often see foxes, deer, a variety of birds, and other wildlife. We even have a blue heron that likes to fly over the creek each morning.

What makes this property unique

The Daisy Airstream is a unique vacation rental, indeed! Many of our guests like the outdoors and the experience of camping without the hassle of setting up a campsite (and the luxury of a real bathroom). We also get lots of visitors from Austin escaping the city for a few nights with just a quick drive out to the country. We even get international visitors looking to have that very American travel trailer road trip experience. It's a fun space and we think you'll love it!
