Stayed overnight and when we walked in my wife stated “this place is so cute”. Getting to and from the location was not a problem for us as we have a full size truck and parking was easy. Note that there is a little hill getting to the rental but again no issues for us. We loved the “take one/leave one” cart of drinks and bars. Such a smart idea! AC works great and we were cool the whole time there.Would definitely stay again!
Location is perfect, close to Lynx Lake and Lake Watson and a short drive to Whiskey Row! The outside deck is perfect to grill or have a glass of wine.
Loved our mini vacation!! Our destination was very enjoyable and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Our host was so nice and eager to please us. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck, having our morning coffee. It was great !!
Super cozy stay, had everything we needed. Perfect location, not too far from town but far enough to feel like a nice getaway. Our doggies loved it too and it even had a small dog run they could use. Although it’s right next to the main house, the entrance and deck are on the other side so it felt private and comfortable. We appreciated the details and paintings throughout the guest house. Will definitely come back when we’re in this area again.

Bright
Be aware that the living room with futon gets super bright the first thing in the morning. The bedroom did as well till I requested something to cover the window. My daughter and I were both up around 5:00 am because of how bright it was. When we arrived the cottage was hot and had a difficult time cooling off so we took off until after sunset to give it time to cool off. I told the manager about it and she mentioned that the AC should had been left on prior to us arriving. Yes. I definitely agree. The shower is space age and confusing to run. Scalded myself try to adjust the shower heads and temperature. Careful !

Fair price for cute spot
This little spot was just right for us. The patio was enjoyable and the surrounding area is pretty.
However, traffic on the main road was very loud and seemed to be present throughout the night as well as during the day. Additionally, despite the shower being very fancy, if you are 6 feet or taller you likely won’t fit! It was very small and claustrophobic.
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
Property was clean and welcoming to pets. Location was close to shopping. Host was friendly, responsive and helpful.Road to property was rough gravel/dirt.
The guest house is conveniently located between PV and Prescott. Close to Lynx Lake and Watson lake and a short drive to Whiskey Row.

Looks good online but........
First impression was not good. Home sits back about 200 yds up a rutted gravel road. I was forced to find an alternative storage place for my sports car as it simply would have bottomed out on the road. Even if I could have made it, the front end would have hit going up the very steep concrete driveway. We were "fortunate" that my wife had her SUV since we were moving to Prescott Valley and just needed a place for a few nights. She wasn't happy about the road either. Also, we were provided a grand total of one roll of toilet paper and 2 very used bars of soap. The shower is unusual to say the least. If you're over 5'10' you may be in trouble. Obvious water damage around the shower floor and trim. A large dead roach in one corner of the bedroom. But the road is what really upset both of us the most. THAT SHOULD BE DISCLOSED IN THE VRBO AD FOR THIS PROPERTY. Oh, a view? Not so much. We simply cannot recommend.
We loved our stay here while we were in Prescott Valley attending a weekend dog show. The place was HUGE, and had everything we needed and more. We loved having our own fenced porch, a dog run and the shower is AMAZING! The bedroom is huge and the amenities were numerous and thoughtful. Our host was gracious and friendly and we loved meeting her sheepdogs as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Think twice
The cottage is dusty and had a very strong mildew odor. There was a half eaten biscuit on the floor in kitchen. There was a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door . The bedroom rug was disgusting when checked with a black light.
We only stayed overnight due to me having an asthma attack although we pre paid four a four night stay. I am disappointed to say the least.
Host was was very pleasant and helpful. Home wascomfortable and conveniently located for area attractions. Kitchen needs microwave/air fryer and toaster. Access up a very bumpy dirt road was unexpected and noisy traffic outside master suite was unpleasant with late night and early morning traffic.
Property is located between Prescott & Prescott Valley. Perfect starting point for what ever you want to do and many restaurants to eat close by. Its a great place for a weekend getaway. Nice and cozy. Will definitely be back.
We enjoyed our stay and were able to go hiking as its cooler there! The dogs enjoyed the dog run and it was perfect for them. Very nice place and super clean.
Thank you! Very nice place to stay at. We really enjoyed our time on the property. Nice cozy living area. Kitchen, appliances and everything else perfect!
