Fully equipped home (including beach towels and chairs) and everything else you would need. Perfect location and the view from the patio was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend and I would definitely rent again.

First of all, our host was amazing. He supplied us with all the details to check into the condo ahead of our arrival. He touched base with us once we arrived and assisted quickly with any questions we had upon arrival. The amenities at the condo were exceptional. The pool and tennis courts were beautiful and walking around the neighborhood each morning was delightful. The condo was in excellent condition and we were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. We were also impressed with having beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for our trips to the beach

Awesome Property

Cannot say enough about this property. We rented this unit for February 2024. It is by far the cleanest and best equipped we have ever rented in over 25 years. The furnishings are all top of the line. The king bed is new and very comfortable. The kitchen is totally well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. There is a den area with a couch and desk complete with a new printer. The lanai is a most relaxing area with great views of the lake and wildlife, not to mention the beautiful sunsets. There is an electric grill on the lanai which works very well. An added bonus is the two car garage. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Crown Colony is a great place to walk and bike in. All in all, it is a great property and we wholeheartedly recommend it.
