Renters will be required to sign a lease agreement and application to rent which is subject to approval by the Community Association and at a cost of USD190 plus processing fees of approximately $40 to be paid by the renter. In addition, a background check will be conducted by the Association at a cost of USD40 per person. These fees are not included in the VRBO payment and non refundable and will need to be paid by the tenant at the time of completion of the application. This process takes a minimum of 4 weeks to complete from the time the association forms are completed and submitted.
