This is an extraordinary property. A great place to stay, off the beaten track, but much nearer to everything anyone could want than one might expect. Quiet, secluded and a great location.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely incredible. The property exceeded every expectation and was even better than the photos. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail had clearly been thought of, making our stay comfortable, relaxing, and effortless.The amenities were outstanding, the location was perfect, and the views were simply breathtaking. We spent so much time enjoying the outdoor spaces and taking in the scenery.A special thank you to the house manager, who was fantastic throughout our stay. She was responsive, helpful, and truly contributed to making our experience seamless and memorable.We honestly can't say enough good things about this property. The house is magnificent. Pllenty of room for everyone. We were 14 adults and two small children. The kitchen is fantastic. Well stocked and all the appliances you need. The space is incredible. Everyroom has kitchen facilities and plenty of private space. The bathroom are excellent. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was.

Great spot for a family reunion

This is a great property, beautiful, well equipped, spacious for a large family gathering, with great outdoors and view. We enjoyed Michon’s catering services: great food, and she is very flexible. We had a very relaxing time.

Beautiful house with plenty of space and excellent location

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week. It served as our base for excursions around the fantastic Côte d’Azur. We really enjoyed the nice interior, spacious rooms and magnificent garden with pool. As a large group we found the big central kitchen perfect for preparing cosy pool side dinners. I can really recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to hang out with friends or family.

Fabulous Villa in Great Location

Had a fantastic stay at the Villa with friends and family. There was plenty of room for everyone, with great outdoor spaces and wonderful views! Well equipped kitchen and more than enough refrigerators and dish washers for a large group. Nicer than the pictures!

We spent seven days at this villa in Saint-Paul-de-Vence and it was, quite simply, wonderful. The layout is what makes it exceptional for a large group. There is genuine space here, and it's arranged thoughtfully rather than just generously. The main living areas and the outdoor terrace pulled everyone together naturally at the end of each day, and we shared long meals, late conversations, and more than a few slow mornings with coffee. At the same time, the bedrooms and the quieter corners of the house meant that anyone who wanted to read, nap, work, or simply have an hour to themselves could disappear without feeling like they were hiding. Anyone who has traveled with a big group knows how rare that balance is. Seven days together can test a house, and this one never felt crowded or noisy.The setting adds to it. Saint-Paul-de-Vence is beautiful, and coming back to the villa after a day out was always a pleasure.The rental management deserves particular praise. They were responsive, well organized, and clearly experienced. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly, the arrival instructions were clear, and the house was fully prepared for us before we walked in. When we needed local recommendations and a bit of practical help during the week, they handled it without fuss. That kind of preparation takes the stress out of a group trip.We would return without hesitation and recommend it warmly to anyone traveling with family or friends.

Beautiful house! Very well maintained!

Our stay was fantastic! Joan and Lars are very nice people, helpful and responsive in order to make our stay exceptional. The house is beautiful, we had 16 guests for a family reunion and couldn’t have wished for a better place! Hanging out poolside was delightful, and we also had a great time on the tennis court. The rooms and suites are spacious and have a very nice view. I definitely recommend!

Golden Anniversary with family and friends

French family and American friends bonded together. Meeting every morning for breakfast and conversation, every evening for more conversation, as well as excursions to familiar and beloved places and discovering other hidden gems. Les Hauts des Espinets is a magical place. The “super moon” was a celestial bonus!

Wonderful and Fantastic

We absolutely enjoyed this Villa from Day One. The pool was used day and night. The tennis court too. We ate all our meals outside under the rooftop patio by the pool. We definitely recommend this Villa. Easy to take day trips around the area. Drivers and Ubers were easy too. Supermarket was remarkable--had absolutely everything you can imagine. Plenty of towels and a very good stocked kitchen with spices etc. Enjoyed coffee every morning outside on the patio.

Just a remarkable place

Our extended family of 20 ( ages 7 to 81!) spent a glorious week at Villa Espinets. The property is even better than pictures and description present. It is spacious, well appointed and perfect for activities (pool , tennis, pétanque) and meals on the large patio. The property manager Debs Christie was always available and helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It’s hard to overstate how wonderful this place is. Thank you Michelle and Debs!

Fantastisk hus. Rigelig plads til 18 personer. Lækker stor pool. Masser af køleskabs/fryser plads. Patio området er bare perfekt til at lave en bar hvor alle kan samles før middagen. Mulighed for masser af aktiviteter, tennis, bordtennis og petanque.

Incredible location close to St Paul de Vence, Nice, the airport. Very relaxing and private set up.

Nous avons eu un coup de foudre pour cette maison ! La terrasse couverte offre un espace de vie somptueux et permet de profiter de la maison tout en gardant un œil sur les enfants dans la piscine. Le court de tennis, le boulodrome, la piscine d’eau salée, la vue, l’espace... Et puis Déborah toujours disponible et attentionnée... Tout était réuni pour passer de superbes vacances. Wonderful place.

This place is amazing and it has everything you could wish for. We stayed in the Penthouse apartment and the comfort of the apartment was wonderful. Lovely pool and bar area and the view is just incredible. Clean and tidy everywhere at the property. Most of all - The couple who own and operate this place, does not exist better. They are very friendly and thoughtful and most kindful. The Chef is the owner himself, and he runs the menu perfectly and tasty. Do your self a favor.....Visit Le Haut des Espinets

absolutely amazing place

We had a fantastic family holiday in this amazing villa. 18 participants enjoyed the large pool, the tennis court and the pétanque court for a week. The big rooms and suites in the villa meant that we never felt it crowdy. We hardly came out of the gate as we enjoyed every minute. In the evenings we created large kitchen and on the outdoor barbecue in the big bar. Can strongly recommend this.

Nous avions nos enfants et petits-enfants soient 14 personnes et la propriété est parfaitement organisée pour une famille Tout est propre et Sandrine est aux petits soins ainsi que les propriétaires Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette Bastide où nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse ...après avoir séjourné deux fois en chambre d'hôte Bravo et merci!
