GROUND floor 2 BR 2BA * Brand new apartment, completely renovated in 2020 and tastefully furnished, with attention to details. Prime location, 2 min drive to Henderson Beach State Park, next to Walmart, close to restaurants and entertainment!

The condo is located in the first building from the entrance (building #4100), ground floor. It has a large entrance door, no stairs through the entire property. A nice sized living space with dining and patio access. Brand new and fully equipped kitchen. Coffee maker, toaster, pots, dishes, etc. Two large bedrooms with high-quality mattresses, linen bedding, guest bathroom with bathtub and master bathroom with shower, laundry room with washer and dryer, 3 closets with plenty of storage. Full access to the Pool, Gym, and picnic area. Free parking.

Booking age: at least 21 years old! Community prohibits excessive, unnecessary, and unreasonable noise, and police enforce these laws!
