The terrific space has LG 4K smart TV which is already mounted. The smart TV has access to subscriptions like Netflix and others. Brand new LG stainless steel appliances. New full size LG washer and dryer. This amazing space has a sliding glass door leading to a beautiful patio and fully fenced-in backyard which also leads to the parking lot.

-Guests have access to the whole private and terrific apartment, amazing patio, community pool and basket ball court.
-There is one assigned parking space, but there are guests parking across the street.
-Commuters will appreciate the close proximity to the Prince William Parkway, Omni Ride lot, bus stop, Route 123, I-95, Express Lanes, the VRE, and other major routes.
-This home is minutes away from Historic Occoquan, local schools, unlimited and diverse shopping and entertainment options at nearby Potomac Mills Mall and Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center.
