Gaze out towards the incredible Gulf from the crow's nest-style rooftop deck. Nestled amongst the roof’s apex, it provides panoramic views of the breathtaking coastal scenery. Adorned with classic Adirondack seating, it serves as the perfect perch for sunrise contemplations or star-gazing sessions. The sandy shores, a mere minute walk away, beckon for moonlit strolls, leaving footprints as transient as the tides.

Stepping inside, the open layout greets you with its warm, inviting ambiance. The kitchen, boasting custom cabinetry and sleek granite countertops, offers a balance of style and function. Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code.

We are dog/pet friendly with a $50 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

All guests must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and credit card to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt**
Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

Whole home is available to guests with the exception of the garage. GARAGE IS OFF LIMITS TO GUESTS AT ALL TIMES.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.
