Location was great but...
Location was perfect right on the beach however the house needed some work. 2 of the 4 chairs outside were broken, broken water hose on the porch that we would have liked to have used to wash our shoes and feet off after being in the sand but it too was broken and would spew water out of the connection underneath, it was thrown out on the porch when we arrived and we had to put it away ourselves. We had to get a bucket and make our own foot rinse so we wouldn't constantly track sand into the house. The lights around the porch did not work and we could not use the stairs on the side of the house because they had broken boards. One bedroom has a sliding glass door that we could have used but there were things stacked on the porch on the otherside of the doors that made them unusable. House was cute but lacked basic things we had to shower with the water coming straight out of the pipe. Coffee pot was missing filter holder, things from previous guest were left on the porch when we arrived like a towl, rug and bag of clothes. Gate connection outside was so rusted we could not close the gate between us and the other house, the brackets on the porch were all extremely rusted these things are quick fixes that could have been done for the guest who stay here and I feel like for the price you pay to stay these simple things should be fixed. You are paying for location only, the state of the house leaves alot to be desired.
