This picturesque property gives you the true feel of country living, yet minutes away from all that the Poconos has to offer. No crowds, just wake up to the deer and rabbits that frequent the property. Our completely renovated, cottage sits on a beautiful 32 acre farm. An amazing place for a photo shoot. Minutes from Camelback Resort, Great Wolf Lodge, Heckman's Orchard, Mount Airy Casino, Crossing Outlets, Mountain Springs Lake Resort, Restaurants, Hiking and much more. This is a one- of- a-kind find in the Poconos. The yard includes, gazebo, outdoor dinning, grill (propane included) & propane firepit. There is a hammock to rest on and relax in the shade with your favorite book or RELAX on the front porch and listen to the stream across the road. There is a shed to store your ski gear or bikes. Kitchen has all new SS appliances. Refrigerator has icemaker. Two large bedrooms both with queen beds, linens are included. Full size washer and dryer. Self inflating twin air mattress can be placed in the bedroom upon request for additional guests at no additional charge. With air mattress the unit sleeps 5. You will not find a more ideal location in all of the Poconos. We also supply coffee/tea, (Keurig), towels, laundry detergent, cleaning products, & a fully stocked kitchen. If you're looking for a peaceful & relaxing getaway .. THIS HOUSE WILL NOT DISAPPOINT! SORRY NO PETS, PARTIES OR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21.

The Cozy Farm Cottage was truly amazing. We traveled from Florida for our first “White Christmas,” and this place was every bit as magical as a Hallmark movie. The cabin was cozy, spotless, and we felt at home the moment we stepped inside.Our only regret was not staying here for all seven days of our trip to Philadelphia. It’s close to everything, yet perfectly secluded so you still get that peaceful, “farm‑like” feeling as soon as you turn onto the road.My family will always have fond memories of Philly because of this place. Have to repeat other reviews, this cottage is clean and comfortable. Kitchen area was spacious and easy to keep clean. Comfortable beds, and in spite of several 90 degree plus days the cottage was well cooled with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Location is easy access to major roads or scenic drives to attractions, about one hour to Hawley to ride the rail bikes, a little less to ride the train in Jim Thorpe or visit Lake Wallenpaupack.Visiting deer in the yard and surrounding area nearly every day. Great stay, so glad we booked.

Week away from the heat

A friend and I stayed at the cottage to get away from the Florida heat. The ambience of the cottage is absolutely adorable. The beds are comfy and the house is well stocked. It is close to the downtown Stroudsburg area and close to bars and grill for lunch or dinner. Morning coffee sitting outside in the gazebo was such a treat.
