Suite #1 is a Luxury One Bedroom full furnished apartment. It has it's own private outdoor terrace with patio furniture. Free Washer & Dryer in the building.
The Heated Pool & Deck is shared with the 6 suites in the building. This unit is great for couples, solo adventurers, snowbirds & business travelers. Very close to the Wilton Drive Restaurants and Clubs! A 10 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach!
There are 6 Luxury One Bedroom Fully Furnished Apartment Suites in the Building. All of the units have their own private outdoor garden terrace with table and chairs for 4 and a lounge chair. The entire property is beautifully lit at night with landscape lighting.
Units 1, 2, 3 have Queen Beds and Units, 4, 5, 6 have King Beds.
The front doors of the units operate with a 4 digit number code that you will choose upon your confirmation. The code is changed each time a guest departs.
The owner Tom lives next door to the building.
The neighborhood is extremely safe and there is very little traffic in front of the building.

Fantastic stay

Thomas is a great host, quick to respond to any question that I had during my stay. I truly felt right at home at the property, check-in was a breeze, there was even 80’s music playing when I got there :), place was nicely designed, super clean and the bed was comfy. Would highly recommend !

Gem in Wilton Manor

I had a wonderful stay in this lovely one-bedroom apartment. Tom does an excellent job of making the apartment feel like a home. Comfortable bed, with nice linens and towels. The unit was clean, updated, and private. The pool was beautiful and Tom was a gracious host.

Even nicer than the pictures. Well appointed and nicely landscaped. Very clean and quiet. No need to rent a car. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping, or catch the Circuit for a cheap 2 ride anywhere in town. Met the owner. Super nice guy who lives next door.

Beyond expectations!

Great property. (I am very particular) Beautiful pool area and grounds. Unit was attractive, bigger than expected, clean, well organized, well supplied, up-to-date TVs, dimmers, fans, private, quite and high-end. Great location. Walk to Wilton Drive, I did several times < one mile. You will enjoy your stay!

Exactly what we needed

To simplify the review - we highly recommend the property and would definitely stay here the next time we are in Ft. Lauderdale. The check-in process was simple. Tom asked me for a four digit code for the keyless entry keypad. Tom stopped over shortly after we arrived to introduce himself and to check to see if everything was ok. The property looks exactly like the photos. The rental is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Highly recommended.

Perfect Stay !

Everything went beyond our expectactions during our stay. It's obvious that Tom put a lot of care in his units and is very aware of the needs of his guests. Many small details made our experience very pleasant. The listing is acurate : nice looking unit as shown in the pics, great furnitures, spotless clean. Tom took time to show us around upon arrival (very easy to check-in with the code lock) and was very nice. We spent most of our time around the pool and loved it. It's on a quiet street, in a safe neighborhood, close to everything we needed. He also recently remodeled the house next door that is now available for rent. He showed it to us : it's lovely ! He's made a wonderful job and put a lot of effort in it. He has great taste. We'll certainly want to come back, in a near future we hope :)

Perfect

As soon as I walked in, I was impressed. The high end appliances and marble top counter and island and the huge wide screen TV. The bathroom is large and bright, with large fluffy towels and beautiful tile work. The bedroom is beautifully set up with high end bedding and another wide screen TV. The private terrace and the beautiful grounds and pool were impressive and the whole property clean and well maintained. Tom, the owner lives right next door and when I had problems figuring out the TV remotes he came right over and showed me. The property is centrally located, within walking distance of the clubs and shops in Wilton Manor. Fort Lauderdale beaches are an easy bus ride away, or a short taxi drive. (I walked and it was only a 90 minute easy walk.) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and was impressed by the whole set up. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Best 4 week stay ever

Tom did a great job with these suites they are top notch up to date extremely spotless clean the space is so well laid out makes you feel right at home and the terrace private at that with your own grill and the details and thought he put in to making sure you got every little thing you could ever need in there to start you out just some thing you don't come by often these day their no question Tom loves having and renting out throws units and the area so quite safe and peaceful you just hate to leave would recommend to any one looking for a nice place to stay thanks so much Tom my wife and I look forward to having the privilege of beaning your gusts in the near future Stephen from the Bahamas

A perfect get-a-way in such a nice home.

The place was nicely renovated. Very comfortable, spotless and the location was perfect. Tom lives next door which makes it convenient if anything goes wrong. We highly recommend this to anyone who may have doubts in their mind. The outdoor patio is a plus for having candlelight dinner or just cocktails. We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Paradise Vacation Suites. Thanks Tom.

Our holiday in September 2014

This was our first visit to Fort Lauderdale for our holiday as we usually go to the Gulf coast and we have to say that we were totally surprised on how good the accommodation was. It was way better than we had expected and were used.Tom has done a terrific job on providing an excellent finish to the apartments. We will definitely be returning next year. Our stay in March 2014

Our stay during the month was very enjoyable. We were really impressed how spacious, clean and well decorated the condo was. The photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance. Everything was well thought of and provided. The location is ideal in a residential area close to the beach, shopping, movie theatre, interstate....Tom is very friendly, considerate and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Excellent, new, clean, great finishes.

We stayed here for 5 months. The apartment is fantastic, clean and has lovely finishes. All recently renewed with lovely gardens surrounding the property. Tom is a great landlord, helpful and cheerful. We would gladly recommend the property.
