Suite #5 is a Luxury One Bedroom full furnished apartment. It has it's own private outdoor terrace with patio dining for 4. The Heated Pool & Deck is shared with the 6 suites in the building. This unit is great for couples, solo adventurers, snowbirds & business travelers. Very close to the Wilton Drive Restaurants and Clubs! A 10 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach! There are 6 Luxury One Bedroom Fully Furnished Apartment Suites in the Building. All of the units have their own private outdoor garden terrace with table and chairs and a lounge chair. The entire property is beautifully lit at night with landscape lighting. Units 1, 2,3, have Queen beds and Units 4, 5, 6, have King beds. The front doors of the units operate with a 4 digit number code that you will choose upon your confirmation. The code is changed each time a guest departs. The owner Tom lives next door to the building. The neighborhood is extremely safe and there is very little traffic in front of the building. Tom lives next door to the building. It is strongly suggested that you rent a vehicle for your stay. However, UBER is very popular here in Fort Lauderdale. All units have Comcast High Speed Wireless Internet service.

What a GEM!

This was my 2nd stay with Tom’s property & I must say it was fantastic! Super clean, with all of the must haves! We spent a lot of time at the pool which was in pristine condition! Literally a piece of paradise! I’ll continue to check for vacancies here whenever I visit Ft. Lauderdale! You won’t be disappointed!

Very Good Experience

Tom, the owner, was quick to respond to communication prior to our stay and similarly speedy during our stay. The property was reasonably clean and looked like the photos. It's a one bedroom with a comfortable mattress. Located a quick drive to Wilton Drive. We appreciated the full kitchen, stocked with dishes and cookware, which allowed us to make breakfast easily. There's also a washer/dryer which is really convenient. The two wall A/C units work well. The décor is acceptable and in decent shape, despite not being my taste. That said, the pool area is fantastic and really lovely. The property is generally well-maintained and we'd be happy to stay in the future if we visit Florida again.

All one needs

Tom is a great host. Unit was ready when arrived exactly as pictures, units are supplied with every thing one would need. Pool is beautiful, tranquil and relaxing. Property is Within walking distance to Wilton Dr. My month long stay went by so fast. Already booked for longer next year. Counting the days to return.
