Great location and private. Lots of room.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was as expected. Wish the floor was cleaned better. It was swept well and are feet qere diety from walking around the house. They should be professionally cleaned. The twin beds r very noisy and not very comfortable. Should replace box spring or frame. Overall a great stay!!

Great property at a great price

The condo was perfect for our group. The direct access to the beach was amazing and the condo was spacious and clean. We will definitely be trying to book this property again when we come back! Livia was an amazing host and was very helpful!

Great location, responsive host

The unit was perfect for our family of 5. Utilitarian furnishings but clean, and the view of the ocean from the patio was lovely. Host was very responsive. We made extensive use of the pool, swim up bar, and hot tub, and the snorkeling outside of the little rock bay was phenomenal (weather permitting). Easy to walk or drive from this location to other activities, restaurants and shops. Definitely on the quieter side of resorts (a good thing!) probably because the old Margaritaville directly behind it is defunct... so there are hundreds less guests than there probably used to be on this section of beach. A hidden little gem at the moment. We'll definitely keep it bookmarked for our next dive trip!

I moved to Cayman over 20 years ago with the intention of staying for 6 months. I fell in love with the sun, sand and sea so I decided to stay and make this island my home.

I was in hospitality for nearly 30 years and been a vacation rental host for over 5 years before transitioning into real estate in 2020 when it was time for a change. I am happy to continue to have my own vacation rental properties to host guests from all over the world!

Why they chose this property

This property is in a great location and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. You really do not need a rental car since everything is so close, unless you wanted to explore the island on some days and have the conveniences of being able to move around freely and whenever you want.

The unique benefits to this property is you are staying in a beachfront/oceanfront condo at a resort style setting, enjoying the ameneties of a lobby bar, swim up pool and snack bar, beach, beach chairs, sun loungers around the pool and 24/7 security. There is also a protected cove where the water stays calm during rough sea days so you can still enjoy a dip in the ocean.
