This place was perfect for a weekend trip! It’s a short walk into town and easy access to the slopes/ trails. The checkin/checkout process was easy and quick and the facilities were clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was excellent. We showed up on a Friday evening to check in at one their condos at Beaver Run and the room had not been cleaned. The host quickly put us up in another property they had. She was very kind and apologetic. We had a great weekend vacation.

The stay was average overall and, in my opinion, not worth the nightly rate. The unit was very dated and smaller than expected. I thought I was booking a one-bedroom, but the space was more like a studio, with the bed right as you walked through the front door. The pillows had visible stains, and the furniture was uncomfortable. The refrigerator also wasn’t very cold, and there was no freezer. Location was excellent. Overall, the space did not meet my expectations for the price, and I would have expected better comfort and amenities for the cost.

Review for an August visit. I’m rating it 5 stars for two reasons: the value and our kids loved the various aspects of the property (pools, tennis court, arcade, mini golf). For the price (200/night after resort/parking fees) it’s hard to beat this place in Breckenridge. Some areas for improvement include better bedding and a small freestanding AC for the hot weeks. We knew it wouldn’t have AC, but it was warmer than the weather forecast and made it hard to be comfortable.Note the place includes a coffee pot and filters (high cabinet) - but make sure to bring the ground coffee and any creamer/sweetener. Host communication was thorough and prompt.We would stay again, but would bring our own bedding and an AC.

Location is the best part of this place! The room was really nice too! Parking was pricey considering you already paid for the room and had no choice but to park there! But that’s not the condo owners fault. We had a great stay!!
