This spacious, 2,240 sq. ft, 3-bedroom home features contact-less entry (keypad), home security system, a fully-stocked kitchen, 1G WiFi, 2 desks in the large upstairs office and workout area, and TV's in the Living Room and all 3 bedrooms.
The home's parking accommodates one vehicle only in the driveway. A second vehicle may be parked in the attached 1-car garage ($9 per night). Please make 2nd vehicle arrangements prior to arrival.

Great place!
This is a very comfortable, clean and well stocked apartment. We love the location since it is very close to our kids and to great restaurants.
The only thing that was a bit of a discomfort was the heat. Since I live in Florida, I found that the thermostat only going to 70 degrees was a bit chilly for me.

Life Saver
We were having a major house remodel. We could not live at home for approx 70 days. We are a local couple, with full time jobs. No children or pets, this was a life saver. We set our new roots, and went back and forth to work everyday. Thank goodness we found this. David was great. now we are home, it is gorgeous, worth the time away. This was just like a home. Thanks David.

Great place!
This apartment is stocked with the usual needs, coffee, sugar and all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans and dishes you need. They also have a high chair and stroller available if needed. It is hard to find a place with one king bed, let alone three and they were comfortable! The walls are well insulated because you cannot hear your neighbors!
There are several places to eat, a grocery store and gas station less than 2 minutes away.
The only drawback is the water pressure. The owner can't do anything about it since it seems to be a problem in the apartment complex.
I will see if this place is available when we visit again.
