Incredible craftsmanship, lush outdoor spaces, panoramic ocean views…. welcome to one of the most beautiful homes in Pacific Grove. This 2,800 square foot contemporary features five bedrooms and four baths on nearly one-third acre. The spacious upper patio—with sea and sunset views—has a fire table and a barbecue; the lower yard is fenced and landscaped with artificial turf. There are two custom-made entry doors: one invites you into the main living area, the second leads to a second master suite with a King bed, a private bath with shower, and a sleek, modern kitchenette. The main kitchen is simply stunning: ocean views, quartz countertops and Thermador appliances (including a six-burner cooktop with pot filler). The dining table seats six, with additional seating for two at the large island. The step-down living room has a sectional, a fireplace and a 65” OLED TV, and there's also a designated office, another full bath with a shower, and a two-car garage with an EV charger (Level 2, 220 volts, Tesla and non-Tesla). Upstairs, the master has a King bed and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower. Down the hall, three more guest rooms with full-size beds share a bath with a tub/shower. Four desks and plush chairs (in three upper bedrooms and the downstairs office)—along with blazing fast WiFi—make working or streaming a breeze. And when you’re ready to play, there’s foosball in the living room, air hockey in the guest suite and an electric piano in the office. The views will make you feel like civilization is a thousand miles away, but all the amenities (restaurants, bakeries, groceries, fitness centers) are right around the corner. Pacific Grove, “America’s last hometown,” is just down the hill, Spanish Bay and Asilomar Beach are minutes away, and it’s a quick drive to Pebble Beach, Carmel or Monterey. an amazing property - almost reluctant to write the review as we'd love to continue booking this property for years to come!!! well outfitted, gorgeous views, plenty of space inside and outside, and the location is perfect - walking distance to stores and even to MBA (if you don't mind the uphill walk home). Wonderful modern house so close to nature - Lovely sunrise/sunsets viewed from the hill over the coast, full rainbows now and then, deers wandering about the neighborhood, beaches and walking paths just a short drive. Cozy, warm house with plenty of room for a multi-family gathering. We love the kitchen, too - cooked a lot since weather was too stormy to go out (regretfully, couldn’t BBQ out on the nice spacious patio). Very convenient location- we could walk to TJ’s, Safeway, or Lucky markets. Greatly enjoyed this abode! The property management company and associated staff were highly responsive and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again.

Amazing view! Wonderful layout!

This lovely home is in an amazing location walking distance to everything you could need. This home has a beautiful ocean view along with such a nice layout. Very clean. Large open kitchen and dining room. Beautiful clean bathrooms. I can't explain in words you will have to visit for yourself!
