You are going to love your stay at our newly remodeled 4 bedroom & 3 full bathroom home with an open kitchen, living, and dining room at a great location in Lubbock. This home is about a 5 minutes drive to Tech and Covenant Hospital and is centrally located in a desired family neighborhood.

This beautiful home features a luxurious master suite, a spacious king in the 2nd bedroom, a comfortable set of queen beds in the 3rd bedroom, & a queen in the 4th. Each room has a smart tv & fast WiFi!

This home was remodeled and decorated by SR Design to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows. A desk is located in a private office and near one of the WiFi hotspots providing you with a comfortable spot to work remotely.

Each TV is equipped with Hulu Live which provides guest with over 100 live cable channels so that you won't miss the big game or your favorite show.

Guest will have access to the entire space

This is at a great location in Lubbock. This home is a 5 minute drive to both Covenant Hospital campuses and a 7 minute drive to Texas Tech. The Preston Smith International Airport is less than a 15 minute drive from the home.

Melanie Park Cottage wonderful experience.

Lovely clean quiet house with an easy quick drive to many places. Perfectly fit 6 adults and appreciated have 3 full bathrooms. Bright kitchen, lots of seating and comfy beds. Only minor issue was one bedroom remote did not have batteries. Otherwise, everything was fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving Trip

Our extended family stayed at the house for Thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect for our needs. The home is very nicely decorated very clean and the owner was very helpful. We used the grill in the backyard and cooked several meals in the kitchen. I would highly recommend.

A great time for family celebrating our Tech graduate

This is such a perfect spot to host extended family for graduation, or to celebrate whatever with a group. The house was stocked with plenty of the essentials and extras. It was super clean and cute in a spacious floor plan. Check-out was simple and quick. We contacted Trent with a few questions and he was always accommodating and fast at responding. I will definitely stay here again.

90th birthday celebration

We stayed in the Melanie Park property for a birthday celebration. The hosts graciously allowed us to have breakfasts with visiting family and time for others to stop by and visit with our birthday girl in a comfortable setting. The kitchen/dining area was better than our home for having people together to fellowship. The home is stylish and comfortable. Plenty of room for lots of people. Good location. The best part about the property is the gracious hosts!

Home Away from Home

We had an amazing weekend in Lubbock celebrating my nieces wedding! Your house felt like home with all the amenities better than we expected! Everyone had their own bedroom which was is so nice when traveling with adult children. Trent made everything so easy and the communication was great! Even had to ask to get back into the house for a forgotten wallet and Trent was quick to reset the code and very understanding about our situation. Would definitely stay there again in the future if the need arises.

Great updated and spacious House in Lubbock

This house was such a great find! It’s in a quiet neighborhood with 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, breakfast, dining room and living room. There are 3 full size bathrooms which were very convenient for our family and they have been updated with beautiful tile and countertops. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and had very comfortable mattresses. We enjoyed the large kitchen which was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The owners are very responsive and the whole check-in and checkout process was so easy. This is a great house for families visiting Lubbock.

Beautifully remodeled house

This house was clean and absolutely beautifully remodeled and decorated. I will say my only complaint is all the beds were horribly uncomfortable. They have those hard/cheap foam mattresses that come rolled up in the mail. Every person complained about their bed. I urge the owners to upgrade their beds and then they would get 5 stars!

Charming home in quiet neighborhood

We rented this property as a base while we moved my daughter into her dorm to begin her freshman year at Tech. What a great choice. This home is beautifully staged with large rooms and very comfortable beds. It’s clear that this was an older home that has been updated, but the owners did an outstanding job and were very thoughtful in their approach. We enjoyed that each room had a nice TV, that the house was extremely clean, and that it was convenient for getting to campus and around Lubbock in general. Our only request for future guests’ convenience would be a toaster and some paper towels. Otherwise it was just perfect!

Home Away from Home

My family stayed in this house when my mom had surgery. It was super easy to get to the hospital and lots of things close to make it convenient. The house was very homey, spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. Trent was quick to respond when I messaged him and told him the garage door was broken. Someone was there to fix it first thing the next morning. We needed to stay longer but the house wasn’t going to be available and Trent helped us find another one of their properties which is just as nice. Thank you for your kindness and compassion. I will def stay in these properties if we have to spend the night in Lubbock again! Thank you!
