The ground floor consists of an open plan, split-level sitting room and an adjacent fitted kitchen.
The sitting area has two comfortable built-in traditional sofa beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher, coffee machine etc.
The kitchen has a filtered water tap which provides delicious drinking water.



The villa has polished marble floors throughout and air-conditioning in all the rooms.
The upstairs bedroom has a double and a single bed and an adjacent shower room.

One downstairs bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed.
The adjacent shower room also has a washing machine.



Both the sitting room and the kitchen open out on to the back terraces with outdoor seating and views to the sea.The terraces provide both sun and shade and have an outdoor shower

An outside stone staircase leads to a roof terrace with beautiful views across the sea.
A perfect location to have a drink, some food and watch the sun set over the nearby island of Paros.



The villa is is part of a small complex of privately owned villas which are all set in their own gardens in a rural and very quiet location, well away from the main road.
The area can only be reached via an unpaved road which is in good condition.

It is a very safe area for families with children because there is no traffic.
There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance.


During the season, the nearby hamlet of Kastraki has a small local shop which supplies fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables as well as general supplies.

A larger super market is at Mikri Vigla, about 10 minutes driving distance.

Out of season, Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving distance, has some excellent supermarkets and a general range of shops.



Kastraki beach is sheltered from the prevailing North wind.

At 10 minutes driving distance there are 2 kite and wind surfing schools at Orkos beach which is on the other side of Mikri Vigla.

The villa has a wireless internet connection and satellite TV.
