Beachwalk Bungalow on Venice Island - in-ground pool plus beach just steps away!

Island living just 8 houses from the beach and a pool! Recently renovated throughout, this home is for beach goers, pool loungers and golfers! It has two bedrooms, one is oversized with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both with smart TVs and new mattresses. The living area has an old Florida style e.g., restored original terrazzo floors, midcentury furniture, etc., with L-shaped couch, two comfortable chairs and a 65" smart TV. The kitchen was recently renovated with a midcentury vibe and is fully stocked with blender, coffee and espresso makers, toaster, microwave, etc. It has plenty of dishware and all cooking utensils. The kitchen opens onto an enclosed sunroom with dining and sitting areas opening to the backyard.

The large backyard is meticulously landscaped. Need some help with your putting or short game out of the bunker? In addition to the pool, the backyard has a two-hole putting green and sand trap for your enjoyments. An outdoor patio, pool lounging area, large dining table and outdoor shower complete the outside. Cozy up in the evening next to the chimenea for some s'mores or a glass of wine or stream your favorite on the outside smart TV seating area.

A beach lovers' vacation paradise, just steps from a private neighborhood beach entrance to gorgeous Venice Beach where the sunsets are spectacular. It is also a walking distance to Sharkey's pier for fishing, dining and shark teeth hunting. Less than 5 minutes from Lake Venice Golf Club, an award winning course (voted Best Public Golf Course in Venice 2009-2018) with 27 holes. The Legacy Bike Trail is also less than a mile away and provides you with 36 roundtrip miles of biking trails between Venice and Sarasota. And we can't forget historic downtown Venice, located within a mile and a half of the home which has great restaurants and shopping. The house comes equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagon, beach towels, and a cooler. This home has everything for a perfect Florida vacation stay.

A dog is allowed with a $100 pet service charge. Browhard Dog Beach is walking distance from the house. The house also features a brand new secondary bathroom and laundry facilities for easy access from the pool area.

NOTE: There is a motion light/security camera on the exterior of the house with a view of the front door, front yard and driveway. There are NO cameras inside the house or anywhere else on the premises. Renters take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, etc. from use of the pool by themselves and/or their guests.

RENTAL PERIODS: For rentals in January and February, only full month rentals will be accepted, i.e., with start dates on the 1st of each month through the last day of such month, e.g., January 1-31; February 1-27/28. You are welcome to book consecutive months if desired, e.g., Jan 1 through Feb 27, etc.

For rental periods March through December 31, 5 day minimum stays required.
