This was my first experience with VRBO. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. It was like being in my own home. Our host, Melanie, was super attentive to our needs and answering our questions. Parking could not have been easier. The entire apartment was immaculate. We were even accommodated an early check-in! Being able to use a washer was a huge unexpected perk! It will be a pleasure to rent this apartment the next time I am in Rochester.

It was a cute unit with lots of history. the owner Patrick shared a bit about what the house was back in the day. It's located in a very accessible area to downtown Rochester and Highland Park and plenty of off street parking. Never had an issue with that. The kitchen was well stocked too. The internet was very fast and reliable. I'd come back and stay again.

Fantastic stay! The apartment had everything we needed, was absolutely spotless, and was very charming with all of the original character kept even though it’s been updated to have all the modern amenities. Plus little extras to make our dog welcome! Great neighborhood near restaurants, the Eastman Museum, and the Eastman school of music.
