About this property

Great for Large Families, Fountain View, Free Heated Pool, Man Cave, & Hot Tub

This home is perfect for multiple families and has many gathering spaces. There are spots for adults and children to play without being on top of each other. We have a heated pool (included) and a hot tub where you can soak and watch TV. We have many outdoor entertaining spaces. We have a large 4 hole putting green. We have corn hole, spike ball, bag toss, badminton, pool basketball, yard Yahtzee, etc. Inside we have ping pong, foosball, and life size Connect 4. All your fun is right HERE!

You walk into the house with multiple spacious living areas. Plenty of areas to spread out. There is a bedroom downstairs and an attached casita with its own living area with a sleeper sofa couch, TV, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The sitting room has a couch and chair and the family room has a large sectional and chair. The living room also has a sofa table with three barstools and the bar in the kitchen also has three barstools.

The kitchen has loads of storage for your food to accommodate all your guest. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your favorite meals. We offer salt/pepper and other her random spices. The kitchen is very spacious for multiple cooks. It also has a little breakfast nook. We have dishwasher detergent tabs on site, napkins, paper towels and trash liners. We have a coffee station where we offer coffee and tea.

We also have a large dining room with large table and a play area for small children downstairs. Downstairs is also another bathroom and large laundry room.

Upstairs is the master and two other bedrooms. The master is quite large with a king bed and has a huge 5 piece ensuite. The master has its own walk out balcony. The other two bedrooms each have a twin and full bed in them. Each bedroom in the house has a TV in it equipped with YouTube TV. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath.

The garage has been converted to a man cave with a bar, couch, TV, ping pong table and foosball table.

If you have multiple families this place is perfect for coming together and making wonderful memories. So many things to do and so much space to spread out. We are so close to the fountain, the downtown area where you can walk around the fountain, eat at one of our many great restaurants and explore our cute shops.

We have spectacular views of the mountains and the Fountain which goes off at the top of every hour for 15 minutes,

This home was a great place for us to enjoy hiking and relaxing! Kitchen had all we needed for a couple nights that we grilled, also enjoyed the warm pool and sitting on the deck with a great mountain view. Plenty of great hiking nearby, dining options and of course walks around the Fountain.

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Heidi’s property in fountain Hills. We really enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood easy access to old town and a gorgeous property. We especially enjoyed our time in the large pool and the putting green and other lawn games. A perfect place for an active group of friends to get together!

Our group of 8 college enjoyed the spaciousnes and availability of outdoor recreation facilities. Property is well maintained with a great location...about one mile from the fountain. The garage key pad only worked the first entry so we left the door to the home open by the pool side so they could access the home! Please make sure to note this as the home is unlocked! Our family came together to attend our daughter in law and her babies funeral. Heartbreaking time, but the home was perfect for space, putting games, etc. Beautiful home and again, perfect for us. And the front door handle comes out from the inside when you go out. Makes it tricky! Other than that, perfect for us!

My husband and I decided to buy a house in Arizona when our oldest son decided to go to a college there. Not only was our first child going off to college but 10 months prior to his decision he had battled and beat cancer. So, my mama's heart needed a place in AZ to be able to visit him often or for any reason be down there if needed for a longer period of time. We had been to Fountain Hills once before and fell in love with the town. We live in Washington state. I am originally a Midwest girl. We also have a rental near our house in Washington in the mountains and one in historic downtown Savannah, Georgia. I am very familiar with being a host and short-term rentals. I am a super host on both listings with 5-star ratings. I pride myself in very quick responses. I am there to help in anyway and offer suggestions for things to do. I try to think of the guests renting my home and make it as relaxing and convenient for them. Our home is best suited for multiple families. My husband and I are very family oriented and love making memories with our three children, family and friends. Please enjoy your stay and make your own memories here.

Why they chose this property

Fountain Hills is close enough to Scottsdale to enjoy all it has to offer. Scottsdale is only a 10-minute drive away. So, you can leave the very busy city and within 10 minutes be in a peaceful, calm and quiet town. Fountain Hills is a registered dark town (no streetlights which is better for star gazing). We have so much to offer at our property. You will not run out of things to do. Take you pick of our many outdoor seating areas to enjoy your morning coffee. We have a HEATED pool and hot tub, outdoor TV, and many places for outdoor activities. We have a fire pit, 4-hole putting green, corn hole, badminton, spike ball, bag toss, basketball hoop in the pool, basketball hoop in the driveway, yard Yahtzee, etc. We also have indoor activities like ping pong, foosball and life size Connect 4 for the littler kids. There are multiple gathering spaces indoors as well. Plenty of spaces to relax and have some quiet time and spaces big enough to fit all your guest to watch football, play games, eat and just have fun. There is golfing, restaurants, the Fountain Walk and all the conveniences within a couple miles of our home. You can even walk to a couple restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We have views of the 4 Peaks and a rare view of the Fountain. The 560 ft fountain goes off the first 15 minutes of each hour. We have a large backyard. The house has a modern southwest flare with comfort in mind. The house is laid out perfectly for families with children. We also have a year-round heated pool and that comes with the price.
