This sunny, spacious and beautifully appointed villa interior was renovated in May 2019, finishing major upgrades throughout (new photos showcase new flooring, lighting, counters, appliances, furniture and more). Our villa will be an ideal ‘Home at Disney’ for your vacation.

If you want to be in the closest 5* Gated Resort in a 5* home, look here! This is one of the few villas offering a stand-alone hot tub with the private pool. The villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard, with too many recent updates/upgrades to list. The A/C and super quiet pool heater are recent. The fridge and stove were upgraded last year. Flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms, great room and games room.
The home has tiled flooring through the main living area and newly added ceramic wood tile in the master bedroom and both of the twin bed rooms. The second master
bedroom is still warmly carpeted. New lighting and counters throughout the home.

Enjoy our jungle-themed games room with pool table, air hockey, PS4 system and games, pub table for games and a new Mortal Combat arcade game.

Situated on a quiet circle and not overlooked to the rear, it is a short stroll around the corner to the clubhouse, where you can enjoy the Junior-Olympic-sized pool, pool-side bar, sundries shop, exercise room or take a shuttle to the Disney property.

Our Home at Disney is the perfect place to return to at the end of a long day with all the comforts of home. You can relax around the pool with a glass of wine and plan your next adventure. There’s so much to see and do in the area that you will need an occasional day to simply chill out in the home while the children have fun in the private heatable swimming pool. The lanai and pool face West.

In our convenient, well equipped home you can relax in the private pool and hot tub, play games with your family and enjoy wireless high speed internet access. The WiFi is good and steady - we often work from the home ourselves and count on it working well.

Special child features include a Disney-themed room, board games and a PS4 PlayStation. We also provide a high chair, pack-n-play, zebra bouncer, giraffe rocker, children’s books and movies for your use. Many kids prefer the savanna room with the elephant mural to the fun Mickey room - both have a bright fun feel.

The two master bedrooms each have bathrooms en suite. Both have King-sized beds, and the main master has a large soaking tub. The third bathroom sits between the two bedrooms with the twin beds and all are convenient to the Great Room. Guests may easily access one of the bathrooms right off the lanai, convenient to the pool.

Windsor Palms is a gated community offering its guests free unlimited use of these welcoming facilities - large swimming pool and spa, children's pool, children's splash area and playground, BBQ areas, gym, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and its very own 58 seat movie theatre. At the clubhouse as a guest you will also find a games room with pool tables, table tennis, bicycles, Wii room and a video games arcade.

This is our family vacation home and we can only spend a few weeks here each year until we retire. We hope you enjoy the feel of the home as much as we do. Please come, relax and enjoy time with your family. Borrow a paperback and return the next year to exchange for another one.

Our vacation home is self-catering. We include an initial roll of TP in each bathroom, an initial roll of paper towels, a couple trash bags and initial supply of soaps and detergent. Just a heads up here that we suggest when shopping for food for your vacation to pick up any additional paper supplies needed.
