Beachfront condominium! Watch the sunrise and sunset from the deck, whale watching from the balcony and snorkeling right in front of this recently updated property. Access to the longest sand beach on Maui. Centrally located 20 minutes from the airport, Lahaina and Wailea.

Most importantly, this unit is professionally managed by Rentals Maui, so you won’t have to worry about anything. They have a 24/7 emergency number. Any issues will be addressed at the earliest possible time.

Location, location location! All of the conveniences of home and just steps from the ocean at Ma'alaea Bay at the beachfront Kanai A Nalu Condominiums . This
beautiful, updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental with a tropical feel can sleep 4-6 people. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. This 4th floor unit features wood flooring throughout, island-style furniture, and a stunning kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Stay in and enjoy dinner while watching the sunset, or dine out at nearby restaurants within walking distance.

The condominium also boasts a full-sized, front-loading washer and dryer, TVs with complimentary cable service, free wifi and high-speed internet, and air conditioning in every room.

Enjoy the view from the lanai as you listen to the ocean or stroll onto the lawn and relax by the pool. BBQ at the remodeled BBQ and picnic area and enjoy the extensive beachfront lawns.
Adjacent to the complex is the wide, sandy, and serene Sugar Beach, over 2 miles long, ideal for morning or evening strolls and whale-watching in the winter months. Walk to the Ma'alaea Boat Harbor, offering snorkeling and whale watching excursions as well as dinner cruises. The world-class Maui Ocean Center aquarium is just a short walk away, as well as a hub of shops, restaurants and a mini-golf amusement park for the whole family. So much to enjoy right at your doorstep!

Ma'alaea itself is convenient to the airport, Wailuku, Kahului and South Maui (all no more than 15-20 minutes away), and on the way via the breathtaking coast road to Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kapalua and Maui's West Side. We had a great stay! Communication with the host was exceptional. The condo was able to fit six of us comfortably. The views from the lanai were beautiful, we were out there all the time! Condo has everything you need, from beach chairs and towels to a fully stocked kitchen. Rooms and bathrooms were a good size. The pullout sofa was comfortable, even for my son who is 6’4”. Access to the rest of the island was great if you are coming to Maui to explore all it has to offer. Overall an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly appointed condo, including coffee grinder, dishes, glasses, utensils…even a crock pot. Owner super helpful and accessible, view amazing. Quiet complex, not touristy but you can always drive to a resort and pay tons for fancy drinks. Nearby beach is handy, if a bit windy. About 30 minutes to Kanapali , about the same to Wailea. Check out the swap meet at the community college on Saturdays and do shop at Costco for food, otherwise grocery sticker shock.

We had a great time staying here. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, towels and a well equipped living space. The view from the balcony out to the ocean, where we saw turtles daily, was spectacular! Everything is about a 20 minute drive, so very centrally located. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo building is in a quiet neighborhood and the condo is perfectly situated for great views of the sunrise and sunset. Maalaea is in a central location for visiting different parts of the island. We loved Paiai for food and beaches.

Even better than advertised! Whales galore.

Our family of 4 adults really enjoyed this very well appointed condo. We regularly spotted whales from the deck, and even a few turtles. Walking along isolated Sugar Beach was gorgeous. Condo had more supplies than any we’ve stayed at - towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and coolers. Centrally located so easy to get anywhere on the island.
