Great Location!

Stayed here while attending a retreat. Great location and quiet area. Walkable to waterfront and restaurants and museums. Condo was very clean and just as pictured. Host was very responsive.

Fantastic location

Great location, close to everything and the pictures do not justice. My husband and I had a great time. The owner was fantastic I had a question and she responded within an hour We will definitely stay again!

Alas, there are no vineyard views, but of course in St Pete, you don't expect any! AI algorithms, sheesh! But the place is cozy, well fitted out and a fantastic location! It is very quiet at night and the AC works great. We loved this little place.

5 Stars - Excellent Cleanliness and Communication!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The cleanliness was exceptional — everything was spotless and well-maintained, from the kitchen to the bathrooms and all the common areas. It truly felt like a home away from home and Sharon anticipated every need. Communication with the Sharon was seamless and very responsive- even before we booked. It was clear that she cares about her guests’ experience and was always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

St Pete verb

I enjoyed the location of this property. It was within walking distance of much of what I wanted to see and discover in St. Pete. The cleaning service did a good job. Although I was only one person, I did sometimes wish there was a little more space to enjoy. Sitting outside helped a lot with this. Manager was very responsive to my needs and questions.

St.Pete stay

Enjoyed the location. Communications were perfect, check in a breeze. Couple of suggestions:1. Tell people to bring bottled water, water out of tap was not good. City water and all ;-)2. If you ever consider a remodel get rid of tub and install a true shower. It was a pain to get in and out easily.
