We stayed for a 3-day weekend in mid-June. This townhouse is so well stocked and adorably decorated. There were so many sweet little details, like the hot cocoa bar and craft corner. The local pool, splash pad, and playground (within walking distance) were great for our 17-month old.
Everything was super clean and as described. Whoever decorated this place should do it professionally if they don't already. There are a lot of house rules around cleaning and noise (all reasonable and completely fine if you understand that this is not a hotel).
There are steep fines associated with breaking the rules (also understandable), but I would ask that the host help make sure that we don't accidentally break the rules. For example, because they have a septic system, they must limit the amount of stuff that goes down the drain as much as possible. While they provided a hair catcher in the tub, it doesn't work very well.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Would stay again!
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this stay. The outside grounds were old, dilapidated, and made me feel sad. The house itself had an incredibly strong, musty odor of mold and mildew. We were supposed to stat for 3 nights, but left after just one because we were so uncomfortable. My family and I were highly disappointed.
Excellent all around! House was perfect for us. Three season room was so cozy for board games with our teenager who appreciated the hot cocoa bar😊. Vinyl collection prompted some dancing and art corner was super.
