This condo's right on the end of the third floor, so you'll enjoy plenty of privacy. Pour yourself a drink from the wine bar and settle into the comfortable living room. The full kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. Play some tunes on the radio as you enjoy a meal in a designated dining area, or take in the fresh air out on the private balcony. The best of Sugar Mountain is right at your fingertips. Come in and enjoy the view.

THINGS TO KNOW
Central heating is available.
A courtesy shuttle runs from the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort (please inquire directly).
The wood fireplace is not for guest use at this time.
The top bunk is rated for no more than 70 pounds.

During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.

This was great and perfect for what we needed. We have stayed at Sugartop Resort before and really like it. To Whom it may concern, however, the bath drains in this unit are clogged apparently, as they both drained extremely slow.

Wonderful stay at Sugar Top Resort!

Only 2 weeks after the big storm and this building was immaculate and fully operational. Spectacular corner unit with amazing views! The pool, hot tubs, sauna and fitness and changing rooms were to die for (and has great views as well). Vacasa was amazing, the building staff was amazing, kitchen and furniture well-appointed, and the whole experience was top notch!

This is our second stay at this condo and it was just as wonderful as the first. I’ve been coming up to sugar since I was a little girl. We owned a condo until I was in college. It’s my very favorite place to go!

I cannot rate this property as I did not stay there. I was notified less than 24 hours prior to check in that the pool would be closed. This was the main reason I booked this property so my child could have some place out of the cold to swim. We had to find other accommodations and the management is not working with us on getting a refund.

It was ok

There is no W/D in the unit, just on the floor. They did not have enough shower towels or pool towels for all the guests in my party. Lots of the kitchen tools seemed old and rusted. The bunk bed in the second bedroom was very wobbly and seemed very cheaply made. Aside from the unit, Sugar Mountain was great. I will choose another unit and will not go through vacasa for our next trip.

Extremely disappointed

This apartment is miss-advertised. The first issue that they don’t tell you about is how you have to park your car down the hill and take a shuttle to and from the building. During our stay, it was a blizzard and waiting for the shuttle would take 15-20 mins. If you didn’t want to wait you could talk on an icy road in 10° weather. No where on the description does it state this. When we finally got into the apartment, it didn’t have toilet paper and was dirty. There were stained towels, hair on the wall, and dirty sheets. When we contacted Vacasa about these initial issues, they said they were noted and then no one resolved any of them. We had to go out and buy our own toilet paper and sleep in dirty sheets. If you want to be treated like a second class guest, then this is your place. For the price we paid (over a $1000 for 3 nights) you would expect these basic necessities to be given. I would never recommend or rebook here.
