This cozy ground level, two bedroom, one bath apartment was built for the family that owns it by their grandfather. They have chosen to honor him by calling it Papou's Place, Greek for Grandfather. It has a large patio and is decorated with the coast in mind. Location, location, location - in the heart of the south end, within walking distance to the pier, restaurants, shops and easy access to the beach just steps away from the front door.

Great location. Unit needs some upgrades

Great location, steps from the beach and near shops and restaurants. The unit was nice but kitchen and bathroom need some upgrades (especially the shower)

Weekend Getaway

Clean, quaint, getaway. Great location, to beach, all and any eateries. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Older shower, hot water was lukewarm 😞 Time of the year we went, was somewhat off-season, but that was alright with us.

Quiet Week for Twixmas!

Papou’s Place is perfect for a couple. It provided a lovely little nook for us the week after Christmas. One house behind the walkway to the beach on 18th Ave so location is great. It’s both super-cute and also minimal, which was good for us since we ate out a lot. Bridget was so kind and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend if a small space is desired!
