Great spot!

Great place to stay while visiting friends. We especially enjoyed the screened porch! Very homey and very well kept! The small fenced yard was a plus for our dogs and made our trip easy.

Ames garden house

We enjoyed the comfortable, clean and nicely decorated house with a fenced yard for our dog. The neighborhood is very walkable. Kyle and Sam are great hosts! The house is just minutes from the Mucky Duck Pub!

New Year’s Get Away in Ames

Everything went smoothly. The check-in process was seem less. We enjoyed our stay and had no surprises. Everything was clean and the property owner was quick to return messages if we had questions. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone. We stayed in Ames and went to Seven Oaks each day to ski and tube. It was perfect and the property is close to many great restaurants. We had an amazing stay!

Very comfortable, quiet stay!

Don’t be mislead by the age of the house; it was impeccably clean and organized. The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. It suited my needs perfectly.

Great location and amenities!

Comfortable beds, lots of space and an exercise room. This house is perfect for a family trip with plenty of room to spread out and lots of opportunities for the kids to play. The location is ideal for anyone visiting Ames or the surrounding area.
