The Blue Belle of Lincoln is nestled in a quiet residential area, one block from Broughton Street which is the pulse of the Historic District. You'll find plenty of shopping, dining and historic sites within a short walk!

This residential apartment building was built in 1917 features the original hardwood floors, windows and ornate moldings & fireplaces. There are small balconies on the front that hover among the Live Oak tree canopies.

The Blue Belle of Lincoln is on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms and one full bath for a maximum of 4 guests.
The living room is spacious and decorated with deep blues and golds and has a small balcony nestled in the Spanish Moss ladened trees. What a view! The floor plan is open to the dining room that seats 4 and the fully outfitted kitchen with a stackable washer & dryer.

Around the corner is a desk if you're working remotely or need a private spot to check emails. Down the hall you approach the first bedroom with 2 twin beds, dresser and closet. The fully renovated bathroom has a combo tub/shower and plenty of storage for your belongings. The 2nd bedroom is at the end of the hall way with lots of natural light and a king size bed, dresser & closet.
Note: We just purchased ALL NEW MATTRESSES based on past guest experiences!

There is a 2-story stairway to approach our apartment, so if you have mobility issues, this isn't the space for you. The building does not have an elevator.

NOTES:

Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old. No exceptions.

Once reserved you will receive all letters from Luxury Living Savannah. Please check your spam/junk folders.

PARKING:
The area has metered, street parking by The City of Savannah. 2 blocks over is the Lincoln Street Parking Garage and you can purchase digital passes online.

You can download the app "ParkSavannah" to pay meters from your phone

Contact the City of Savannah Parking Services for 12 or 24 hour parking passes.

OCCUPANCY:
We have a maximum capacity of 4 people (including children/infants) at ANY TIME, no exceptions. These rules are set by City of Savannah fire codes and STVR ordinances. Any guests breaking these rules will be evicted immediately.

NOISE:
This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do NOT allow loud noise, music or parties of any sort. Violators may be evicted and/or fined.

NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES!!

QUIET: This building has long term residents as well as short-term rentals so we expect our guests to be quiet, respectful and thoughtful of others below and above.

NO smoking, vaping or pets.

Perfect location

Clean, quiet and walking distance to everything. Great place for a family of 4. Kitchen set up was perfect for those that want to eat a few meals in to save on some expenses.

Great Weekend Away VRBO

We loved how close we were to so many restaurants and parks. It was a short walk to the water and the apartment alone was beautiful. Highly recommend for a girls weekend away.

Fabulous Stay!

This property was extremely convenient to the Savannah downtown area. We were able to walk everywhere! The furnishings were stylish and comfortable and everything was well stocked. I especially loved the balcony off of the living room. Beautiful for a drink in the early morning or at night. We did not hear any street noise as the bedrooms were located away from the street portion of the apartment. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location and room for 2!

We visited Savannah GA for our Anniversary and without a car. The VRBO had us perfectly located and in a safe location off the busy main street yet steps away from everything! We were able to rest well and go out touring each day. Thank you for the great stay!

Loved this apartment. The pictures do it no justice! I was very surprised by the size of the apartment. It was very clean and cozy and it was bigger than I expected. Perfect distance from River Street. I would stay here again!

Beautiful rental

Myself ,my husband and our two kids loved and enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. Quiet yet close enough to everything which is the best of both worlds! The 2 rooms were awesome, this way we each had our own space. Super close to leopolds which was a bonus! We will most definitely book again with the family!

Blue Belle was amazing!

The family spent the weekend in Savannah to explore SCAD. This location was only a 20 minute walk from campus! Dining and drinks were literally just a five minute walk. Plenty of room for the family, enjoyed the balcony at night. Will definitely book again.

Nice apartment near downtown

We enjoyed staying at this house. It was close to many of the sites we wanted to see. It was easy to get on the free downtown bus to get to places that seemed out of walking distance, but most places were easy to walk to as well. We never could get the washer/dryer to work right, but everything else was exactly as mentioned in the listing.

Amazing

The place was beautiful. The only thing that was hard was the stairs to the second floor. My friend has Parkinson's and it was difficult for him to use the stairs. Other than that it's was a great place. Perfect location to see every thing.

Perfect & cozy

This apartment is adorable and in a prime location, just a few minutes of walking and you're at any bar, restaurant, or park. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment itself was so cozy. Suzanne, the property manager was very quick to respond if we needed anything. If you need a place to Savannah, GA... this is it.

Amazing location!!! Everything was perfect for girls weekend getaway! My only complaint would be the thermostat would not go lower than 70 degrees. It would have been nice to decrease a few degrees

Wonderful!

The Blue Belle was absolutely perfect. Stylishly decorated without sacrificing the original character. Better than the photos. All the necessities present in the perfect location. Parking garage was very simple/ easy to get to and from apartment. I will absolutely be recommending this property and keeping it in mind for the future!

Great location

This is a very cool place. Early 1900’s building. Not a new high end apartment but has the charm of old hard wood floors. Neat little metal balcony overlooking the street but you do have to crawl through a window to get out to. Location is perfect. Within walking distance to river front but just on the outside the historic district with no loud noises from bar crowd. Near by parking garage and places to eat.

Excellent location

This was a charming, old property with a new kitchen and bathroom. I loved that they put a runner in the hallway so that you wouldn't hear anyone going to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I gave the other bedroom to my SIL and husband and I stayed in the twin room. Bed was super comfy. The house was stocked with everything we needed. I chose this place because I didn't want to hear noise at night and I wanted to be near the shopping. This place was perfect for that. We found parking right outside and the meters (well, from the app) were 12 a day to park there. We just had to set an alarm at 7.55am to pay for the day. I would choose this well situated, quiet place again.
