Looking for a spacious place where you can spread out and have the whole family enjoy? You have found that place! Enjoy this clean, comfortable, amazing 4015 square foot home. Enjoy the diving pool in the backyard with a rock waterfall grotto slide and hot tub with custom jets. Play some yard games or enjoy a round of putt putt on the mini golf course. Feel free to pick the grapefruit when in season or add something from the garden to your meal.

Pool is not heated but you can do the Polar Plunge in the cooler months. Chill in front of the 75 in or 55 in TV and enjoy the NFL Sunday ticket. Plenty of books and board games to entertain also. There is a PS3 if you want to bring your games. SmartTV to sign in to all your apps. Playpen & high chair seat available if you have little ones. BBQ on the back patio with propane.

Plenty of parking space, the carport holds 5 cars and the neighborhood allows street parking.

When you decide to head out there is so much to do in the area. This home is around the corner from San Tan Village Mall and down the street from Arizona Athletic Grounds, close to Downtown Gilbert and The Gilbert Temple.

4 cars will fit on the driveway, 5 if you park 2 tandem. Please use driveway before using the street for parking.

Amazing home with room to fit 9 Adults and 3 toddlers. Very spacious and clean with everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Loves the hot tub! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect place!

This house has great amenities. It was perfect for our group as we bonded and prepared for the rest of our season over Christmas Break. It is close to everything we could have needed and was comfortable for every one of us. Nancy is an amazing host and we hope to stay with her again next year!

Great upscale space for a large group!

We had 5 adults and 13 kids and we had plenty of space inside and out. Excellent location off the freeway and in a nice neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. We didn’t see or hear any of the neighbors. The backyard and pool was very nice. It kept the kids entertained with the extra pool attractions. The kids loved the bouncy diving board and the slide! The house was minimally decorated and clean. Nice bedding and extra blankets. Lots of dishes and small appliances to use. Good selection of games also. The host was very attentive during our stay and was very quick to respond. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!
