This property is perfect for an overnight stay in the falls. Very clean and on a quiet street. You do have to drive to the Falls though as its a definitely not walking distance (nor does the listing suggest that). Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

The place is REALLY nice!! Just outside the craziness of Niagara Falls City but close enough that you can walk to the Falls. The place is nice and clean and rooms are very comfortable
